Outstanding shipping! These guys have never ever disappointed.. Although I’m writing this review because I think everyone buying parts online should know these guys are honest I believe and are on top of there Business and want repeat customers and get them for a good reason. I ordered a custom front wheel from source and it was a completely different looking hub in the picture from what I received , different colored bolts and spun horrible.. Profile minis are supposed to be some of the best bmx hubs from what I have heard.. The Sunday complete front wheel that came with the bike that I was going to put this custom wheel on spun far far better than the profile.. I was shocked and really really disappointed that I waited 2.5 weeks to receive this.. If I ordered this same thing from Dans I am certain I would have gotten the hub I ordered and it would have arrived in half the time and worked as a profile hub should.. At the height of the supply chain meltdown we ordered a bike for my 10 yr old son that had recently gotten into bmx. While we weren’t able to get that model I was so impressed by the transparency and updates I received in addition to exemplary customer service. There were no scripted responses or phony empathetic replies. The reps reached out to specific teams and got back to me with straight answers and options.

When some months went by a rep spent close to an hour with me on the phone and then in follow up emails. He asked real questions about my son’s abilities and goals. An alternative model came up while he searched their inventory that worked out perfect. Once that order was submitted the delivery was timely and as it was a lower price I was refunded the difference almost instantly.

Do not order from them. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered a seat post and a seat and was given the run around for weeks. They told me that the products were backordered (seat was on sale), but it took weeks to finally get a reply back from them as to why the products didnt ship. They told me the products would be in stock soon, And they would ship as soon as they were available. I told them I would wait a week max before asking for a refund. They never shipped so I asked for my money back. They promptly told me they would refund me and that it would take a few days for the refund to post on my account. Lie.
