Chillicothe Mall — Attraction in Chillicothe

In August I ordered 2 bamboo material Hawaiian shirts for my husband's birthday in September. Since it said Made in America, I didn't feel shipping would be delayed. It was. That was forgivable as I know the pandemic has thrown deliveries off. We received one beige shirt. It was bamboo material. Weeks later we received the second shirt and since I had inspected the first one and was happy, I gave the package directly to my husband. Today as I did laundry, I noticed his shirts and went to straighten them out and discovered the horrible feel of the material on the 2nd shirt. It's a cotton polyester blend which is HORRIBLE. It's stiff and feels like thick paper. I am so upset that my husband didn't want me to feel bad and he's stuck now with a shirt no one should wear. This has to be my favorite smaller mall area. Has all of our favorite stores like Justice, JCPenney, Sephora(located within JCPenney). The two ladies who work in Sephora are the reason we have returned. First time I was able to actually get a color match at any Sephora was here. I will edit with her name in which I have written down. She has beautiful shorter blonde hair and there is also a lady with gorgeous red hair. Love them! Had a return and they were so gracious. Justice seemed cheaper than the Jeffersonville Outlet Mall for some reason. We will start visiting this location. Staff are all so helpful. There is T.J. Max as well...may ve 2(x). Went to Dunham's and shoe dept. Dunham's was great nice great prices if you shop around and same with shoe dept. But checking out there was an older woman working the cash register well my girlfriend found a pair of shoes you liked last minute after we already started checking out and another lady helped us get the shoe but the older woman got very disgruntled that we were holding her up and no one was behind us in line to check out she had nothing else going on but us at the time and she was rude as s* will not...
