Disappointing Experience – No Show for Confirmed Jet Ski Tour I came on vacation and, after seeing several positive reviews, decided to book a jet ski tour with this company. I chose them specifically because I wanted to avoid any scams or no-shows and believed they were reputable. We had a confirmed booking for 9:30 AM on July 5, 2025, and arrived 30 minutes early, as instructed in the confirmation email. Unfortunately, no one from the company showed up—before, during, or even after the scheduled tour time. We waited around well past the start time with no sign of anyone from the company. We called multiple times with no answer. One of the contact numbers appeared to be an iPhone, so I even sent a text message with our booking confirmation, letting them know we were waiting. Still, no response. Oddly, the website had shown that only two spots were left for that time slot when we booked—implying we took the last two. Yet, there was no one else there for the tour either. Based on this experience, I would rate my trust level with this company at zero. If you're visiting and looking to book a jet ski tour, I strongly recommend choosing a different company that’s reliable...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Best jetski experience ever!

This was hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had in Florida—and I got to share it with my 5-year-old daughter, Emme! From start to finish, the team was amazing. They answered the phone every single time I called with questions (and I had a lot!). Super attentive, patient, and made me feel confident and taken care of before we even arrived.

The ride itself? Incredible. They even took us to a beautiful private beach, which was such a special touch. And while out on the water, we witnessed a real-life Dolphins vs. Patriots moment—actual dolphins swimming nearby! It was absolutely magical and unforgettable.

Just a heads-up: before you ride, you’ll need to complete a quick 25-question boat safety course online for only $13.95. It’s good for 90 days and totally worth it to enjoy the thrill of the jetski, it takes about 15 minutes to get done.

I’m so grateful for this experience and the memories I made with my daughter.

Incredible days. It was soo much fun we went out twice. Captain Nick set us up with three skis on the 1.5 hour adventure tour and it was fantastic. Our guide on day one was Anthony, and day two was Neil. Two great guys that really do what ever you ask. Day one with Anthony we went bay side to get some flat water for speed and some sights. Anthony took us out and we flew, he found us some dolphin and we also took a quick stop at a secluded beach for pics and shelling. You can also switch riders at any time. Day two with our guide Neil. The boys decided it was all about the speed and no stops. Neil took us on a high speed run around the bay and islands, and then for a quick run out to the ocean for some freestyle. It was a blast! You really don't waste time with these guys. They get you out of the slow areas and no wasted time idling around. This is not a ski in one area operation, they take you to wherever you want to go or see. You will see wild life, mangroves, beach and go fast!
