The absolute worst customer service I’ve seen in a while. We drove over 2 hours to this location (the closest to our home) for a vanity countertop. I searched on the site prior to driving to make sure they had it in stock. When we arrived there where none in stock at all. The employees checked their system and confirmed that they should’ve had at least two in stock. It took about 5 employees to search in the back for about 30 mins for them to tell us that they were out and their stock amounts were off. I settled for what they did have in stock. Drove home, and noticed when we went to install that there was a crack in the bowl through and through. I called the same store 3 days later after being hung up on about 3 times prior to speaking with an associate. I told her that I would like to have one shipped to me and I return the broken one instead of driving that ways again. She declined, was very rude about it and said I could come back to the store exchange it. I get to the store 1 week later from the original purchase date and decided to return completely instead of exchanging because of the poor customer service. I get to the store and had to go back and forth with the same associate from the phone on accepting the broken vanity countertop. She mentioned that I “Waited too long to report the defect” and that “A week after purchasing is a long time to return the product.” I explained to her that I live two plus hours away and referred to their 60 return policy. She was very reluctant on accepting the return even with my original receipt but finally did after going back and forth for about 30 mins. Her final statement was that she “Shouldn’t take the return because the box showed no exterior damage.” The statement that took me over the edge was when she stated “The only reason I’m taking this back is because she was quitting in a week.” I couldn’t believe my ears. This was my first time doing business with Floor&Decor especially as a Pro Business Card owner and I will not be using this credit card ever again. Read moreI bought 233 boxes of vinyl plank flooring spend $7,133 for around total 4500 sqf on 8/24/21. I went to returned only 25 boxes out of 233 boxes on 9/21/21 which I was not able to use and it was in box. They refused to return 25 boxes even though it was under 90 days returning policy. Manager Dan and another lady staff said that product was on sale at the time of purchase and can not return after purchase. He said it was posted by item where it says none returnable. I saw them a picture of item description that There wasn’t any sign anywhere says that you can not return it even if it is on sale or clearance. I have posted a picture in here when I bought. When I bought this vinyl plank cashier Ryan ( Associate No 68048) told me that I can return in 30 days since I was getting 233 boxes. Then they gave me customer service number which was never answered when I called from the store. I would not recommend to purchase anything from floor and decor specially from reynoldsburg, oh location or get better information about refund or return policy before you pay specially for big purchase. Read moreIn November I purchased shower tile and floor tile for my bathroom rehab. As my contractor was working on installing the shower tile he brought it to my attention that 3/4 of the boxes of the shower tile were off by 1/16 of an inch. So, I called the store manager today Chrisha Meyer, at the Reynoldsburg location and made her aware of this. Because my contractor is such a professional and a perfectionist and he already had some of the work done he told me that he was able to make it work, but he wanted to make me aware that I was sold a product that was not consistent. I basically told her to give me a reason why I should continue to do business with her in the future and she could not do that. It’s a shame, myself, being in management for several years, and giving her an opportunity to sell herself and her company, and she failed to do so. Not sure if I’m going to do business at that store in the future. Very disappointed. However the designer, Lisa Wilson that I worked with was absolutely fabulous.
