The mall isn't worthy of anything above a single star. They only care about cramming in as many bodies as possible without the security presence to back it up. Such a joke. Mall management is nowhere to be found. Ever. They're more focused on keeping up appearances while guest and employee cars are broken into daily. Security won't lift a finger to help. If you call them during an incident they argue with you over "what're they supposed to do about it", because they've only got a few older guys who have tenure above everything else. They hold extreme bias against mall employees more often than not. The threats of violence against mall workers is alarming, but security has literally noone's back. They won't even come to your store to follow up on an incident. They'll walk by 20 minutes after the fact and won't even stop in the stores to follow up with the staff. The mall has been accruing violent incidents/sexual harassment/smash & grab theft/destruction of personal property/gun incidents, but management is more worried about children's events and Easter bunnies and cheap Frozen knockoff performances. File the people in and the villainous take advantage of the crowds. Won't be long before your downward spiral comes to a conclusion. Are you waiting for an actual body count before you even pretend to take yourselves seriously?
