The mall isn't worthy of anything above a single star. They only care about cramming in as many bodies as possible without the security presence to back it up. Such a joke. Mall management is nowhere to be found. Ever. They're more focused on keeping up appearances while guest and employee cars are broken into daily. Security won't lift a finger to help. If you call them during an incident they argue with you over "what're they supposed to do about it", because they've only got a few older guys who have tenure above everything else. They hold extreme bias against mall employees more often than not. The threats of violence against mall workers is alarming, but security has literally noone's back. They won't even come to your store to follow up on an incident. They'll walk by 20 minutes after the fact and won't even stop in the stores to follow up with the staff. The mall has been accruing violent incidents/sexual harassment/smash & grab theft/destruction of personal property/gun incidents, but management is more worried about children's events and Easter bunnies and cheap Frozen knockoff performances. File the people in and the villainous take advantage of the crowds. Won't be long before your downward spiral comes to a conclusion. Are you waiting for an actual body count before you even pretend to take...
Read moreMall is fine most of the time. I mainly want to give the mall bunny pop up shop 2 stars because they rushed me and my daughter through photos yesterday and it was not a fun or happy experience. Now I can understand when there is a long line and they need to keep it flowing but I made reservations for 6pm and there was absolutely no one waiting behind us. Of course a 3 year old will have reservations about a huge bunny who makes zero effort to seem friendly or welcoming. Before we were even seated the woman working the camera was yelling "Look this way" etc. I really would have liked to had a more relaxed experience, one where I could talk my daughter through her feelings and try to make her more comfortable. I was very unhappy with my experience and because they rushed us so much they only got two usable shots. I felt like I was somehow inconveniencing these employees by participating in their offered service. A complete waste of money. Can I suggest getting a different bunny suit for your worker as well? It looked dirty and worn and the face of the bunny is off putting even to me a grown woman. Complete opposite experience in December with Santa but then again he smiled and welcomed the children gently. Lastly, I never got the text message with digital downloads that...
Read moreHad an incident here a couple months back, was not pleased whatsoever. My son, whos 17, decided to rent one of those kids vehicles they have at the main entrance. Him and a few friends of his are just playing around with the vehicle and enter a few stores here and there. Suddenly one of the security guards, a dark skinned African American man, stops him saying "Stop playing around and go return the car" my son which then responds with "Why?". The security then says its because those are for only young kids and that there is a sign that says so. My son begins to differ and responding with, there is no sign that says that. Security was very rude and unprofessional. Didn't even approach my son in a calmly matter, its as if the security wanted to start a scene. We then go return the cart and look for the sign, which there wasn't one. Not only rude and disrespectful, but a liar as well. I understand maybe the cars are only for a certain age group but the security did not need to address it in a disrespectful way to my son. A simple, "Excuse me don't need to bother, but I would appreciate if your return your cart, those are only for younger kids" would have been fine. Kindness goes a long way. Polaris Mall please educate your security on...
