Edit to respond to owner’s response: Thank you for your response. To clarify, my total was $72.61 and my sister’s separate purchase brought the combined spend to over $100 so that statement was accurate.
More importantly, this wasn’t about the dollar amount. It was about how I felt during the interaction. If you consider a thin mesh bag suitable protection for a crystal necklace, then we simply have different standards for packaging, especially for gift-giving or transport.
Your associate may have seemed “nice” on camera, but tone and delivery matter. I felt dismissed, talked over, and handled rudely. That’s not something cameras easily capture, but it is something customers feel, and my feelings are valid. Dismissing my experience entirely instead of acknowledging it is exactly why I won’t be returning and why I’ll caution others before shopping here.
