My husband and I started searching for a necklace early on at the beginning of 2022. This necklace was supposed to be a gift to me from my husband for our 10 year anniversary later in the year (December). Thinking we had PLENTY of time we casually stopped in a couple popular chain-jewelry stores. Much to our surprise, what we originally thought to be a simple necklace design turned out to be difficult for these jewelry stores. Some of them had the actual necklace we were looking for, but the diamond specifications were off. We simply asked "Can you make this exact necklace with a different diamond?" We were always met with "Sure, but we don't have a diamond of that specification anywhere in our system but I am on a mission for you and WILL FIND IT!"

..Months went by, we didn't hear back from anyone..

On a random trip to Town Square in October we spotted Sky Diamonds. We figured "Why not stop in and see if they can help us?" It started off a familiar story: We were kindly greeted when we walked in. We located a necklace very similar to what we were looking for. We asked "Can you make this exact necklace with a different size diamond?" But instead of hearing the same old same old, They responded "Yes. Absolutely. And we can have it ready in a couple weeks."

...what!...

I held off writing this review until I had the necklace in my possession. While we had an absolutely AMAZING experience with the team (our Diamond Specialist is Pascale), it all seemed a little too good to be true. But alas, the day came to pick up our necklace and it was everything and more that I asked for. We seriously couldn't be happier with how it turned out. It's absolutely stunning!!!

While I am very pleased and could go on and on about the necklace, I wanted to specifically shout Sky Diamonds out for their top of the line team. The first time we went in there we met Antoine, Autumn, and Pascale. We stayed much longer after placing the order because of their friendliness. We had a great time just chatting! Pascale went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly correct for our order. She (and the others!) all made us feel so comfortable and welcomed. It was like hanging out with long lost friends.

We stopped in a second time just to check in on how things we going (we were in the area) and again, everyone in the store was so kind. They offered to clean jewelry for us, offered us beverages, etc. A lovely group of people, each one I am grateful to have met.

I had recently lost my ring after 15 years on a trip to Cali. I was heartbroken but my husband was super supportive and comforting and let me know we could definitely replace it and gave me the green light to go shopping for a new one. After doing our research we decided on a lab diamond and read that online retailers were the best bet for pricing and value. Did even more research and still felt uneasy about not physically seeing a product we were spending so much money on - we went looking for a store locally. Well - there are few retailers that sell lab diamonds in Hawaii - so we figured we'd have to settle for an online retailer.

We took a trip to Vegas and decided to look up stores in the area and stumbled on Sky Diamonds. When we arrived the store was still being set up - they just had their soft opening. I honestly didn't think we'd find something we could afford there. The store is huge and gorgeous. Nathan welcomed us and even mentioned and introduced another coworker who used to live in the islands.

Nathan showed us some options - took notes on our preferences and did not pressure us at all our entire visit. Even knowing we were visiting! We walked out that day without a purchase but couldn't get over how helpful he was and how affordable their stuff was. Plus they knew some of the shops in Hawaii - which made us realize they know their stuff.

We returned home and ended up emailing Nathan to ask for different pricing options. He was super responsive and responded via email and text right away. He found us exactly what we were looking for!!! He even made suggestions on my ring knowing details I gave him in our conversation when we met him. Like he's known me forever! My husband flew back to Vegas to pick up my ring and we love it!!! I can't stop staring at my hand - like I am newly engaged all over again!
