This store is absolutely immaculate in appearance.. however, all but one employee in the whole entire place are completely & totally rude, snotty & stuck up! I am absolutely appalled by the unwelcoming, snotty, just horrible demeanor of the store manager & his employees! As a store manager it is your responsibility to be an example to your fellow employees as far as attitude, professionalism, courteousness & kindness.. well, it is very obvious that store manager does not care about his employees or the customers!! Read morePlanning a huge super sweet 16 for MTV's My Super Sweet 16 and ordered Basketball Display cases for a custom centerpiece we were doing. 2 clerks promised they would arrive by Friday. The party was Saturday so I was hesitant but they said no worries. I came back the next to dbl check that the order had been placed just in case I needed to take alternative course of action. They assured me that it would be here on Friday. Of course Friday arrives and 1 pm comes and I get no call as promised. I call them they say they are unloading the truck give them till 5pm. 5pm no call. I call at 520 pm and they put me on a long hold. The young lady returns and says they are not there. I immediately ask for a manager cause this simply cant be possible. Too much was hinging on this. Turn out they never even placed the order. You can imagine the level of disappointment and frustration I was feeling. I call and of course no other store has these things. The manager on the phone apologizes. But essentially there was no concession made! I feel they should of in the very least offered something to help offset this offense. I ended up buying other things and returning it all cause I refuse to give them another dime of my money. I am so disappointed bc of the lack of care at this store. Read moreI was a new shopper at this location and went in when the store opened. First off it was filthy with garbage and items all over the floor (they were cleaning it up, not sure why this wasn't done prior to opening). I asked the cashier where an item was and she replied, "in the back of the store"and turned around to continue talking about her date the previous night with her coworker. I went exploring and still couldn't find it and the lack of aisle labeling made it truly frustrating. I passed a minimum of 8 employees, including store management who never offered assistance. I finally asked another associate who said the item is near the soap products (and where the @#%= is that!). I placed a call to say I was leaving the store because I couldn't find it and everyone was unhelpful and someone overheard me and finally offered assistance. Though helpful, they had no idea where the product was. He finally showed me to the soap aisle and after another 10 minutes I was finally able to find what I was looking for. Total time in store 46 min! Never going back to this...
