See's Candies — Attraction in Culver City

I have eaten See's candy all of my life, and today I have moved on from company's overpricing and under delivering. I bought 5 milk chocolate turtles today. Anyone who grew up in the 60's and 70's know these are the best. Barely Any caramel was in it. It was a chocolate covered pecan. You can excuse 1 or 2, but not 5. I was going to give them a 2, but I am so upset 😡 I reduced it to a 1.

I will refuse to buy from companies who move away from what made them the hallmark of an industry. You skimmed or caramel? Why even make them? What is worse, bad candy or none at all.

My pecan rolls were stale!!! I spent good money on a roll and a half and it was a waste of money. I will be returning them to the factory on La Cienega!! This is the second time this happens and it’s sad!! The factory is literally less than 2 miles away it make no sense why these rolls are stale!! Never again!! Word of advice drive down the road to the factory if you want freshness for the amount of money you are paying!! And why did they have whole list of candies they were sold out of when the factory is...

Had a problem in the store and I got some guy named roberts number, supposedly the district manager. Worst person to handle a situation. He tried lying about the situation and was easily the most unprofessional person I have ever talked to. He leaves a bad rep to the highly reputable sees candies that I constantly shop to. Going to another store as my daily now because of this. Consideration must be done to keep him for allowed to speak to...
