I went to Dutch brothers on March 8 and was told their system would not take my card, so I went up to the window, and again, they said their system would not take my card. So they gave me a “free“ cup of coffee. So, when I checked my card statement, it shows that I had been charged twice for that cup of coffee. So I went down to Dutch Brothers and asked them about, and they said that it would come off later. So I waited for a couple of days and went back. I asked for the coffee that I obviously had paid for and showed them my card statement that showed I’ve been charge $3.25 price twice for a “free cup of coffee” . Once again, they said give it a while and it would adjust and come off of my statement. It is now 15 March and the two charges are still on my statement. They won’t give me my money back or the cup of coffee that I paid for. they keep telling me it’ll come off and it doesn’t , so I was charged 2 cups of coffee on a “free coffee“! No, I don’t mind paying for the cup of coffee that I purchased but I don’t like paying for the cup of coffee that I didn’t get, but was charged for! Apparently their system was messed up did not show that I had paid and recorded that I had paid for 2 cups of coffee! This is poor customer service. I will not go to Dutch brothers again. Obviously their system is messed up. One of the people working that had come out to my car. Said, when I told him my story, “well it’s working now”! As if he didn’t believe my story! I’m done with Dutch Brothers!!!...
Read moreFrustrating Experience! My boss queen and I have ordered the same drinks for years, ( we WERE daily customers) I always get the Sour Patch Rebel can blended, light on the green apple and she used to get an Iced Sugar Free White Chocolate Mocha with no problems, but then they started putting chocolate milk in her drink and when she said something she was told that she has to order a Latte not a Mocha, but it still gets messed up. Now it's my turn, every time we come thru they mess up my drink, yesterday I ordered the same as always and the light on the green apple part confused them. They said so you want extra pomegranate right? No! Just less green apple! Todays drink was almost purple colored instead of pinkish-red so I said that's not right and they argued with us and said that is what I ordered. They kept arguing saying it was the right drink and we needed to listen to him as he explained why it looked different, finally they said would remake it and I was like NO just give us a refund, (we were beyond irritated by this point!) but they just made a new drink instead and when they handed it to us it was the right color and the guy said oh the other one had to much pomegranate in it. I thought the pomegranate syrup was red not purple? but ok then. Time to move on I guess! Sure do miss...
Read moreThe Dallas Dutch has unfortunately gone downhill. I'm all for supporting high school students with an obtainable and logical revenue source. However the majority of those kids have zero desire to run such a fun loving yet highly desired business.
The quality of customer service and the curation of drinks has been the most notable downfall. The drinks are down right disgusting in taste, and when this is brought up to their attention instead of offering to fix the drink or make you a new one they "insist they did everything right and that it's not their problem it's mine".
Undoubtedly these employees are costing the company way more money then they are making the company.
I did some simple math to show you how much I spend at your coffee shop in a day, week, month, and finally year. Not including any beverage change. This math is solely based from one drink @ 5.65$, I buy myself one drink everyday. However many times I will buy my husband, or my co workers, family and friends drinks, etc.. and that isnt reflected in this math.
$5.65 x 7 (7 days in one week) = 39.55 x 4 (4 weeks in a month) = 158.20 x 12 (12 months in a...
