West Appliances Denton Store — Attraction in Denton

West Appliances in Denton is AMAZING! I would highly recommend them to all of my family and friends. I have been looking for a very specific appliance, I knew what I wanted right down to the model number. I have been messaging with Vidya from West Appliances for a couple of days now. She has been incredibly patient with ALL of my questions, extremely knowledgeable, kind, and a great communicator! She even offered to hold the appliance for me because I was so interested! I have also been in touch with other discount appliance stores over the last few days, and my experience with them was VERY different! The other stores did not answer my questions, some of them were pressuring me to buy things or place an order when they didn’t even have what I want, some of them didn’t communicate well or speak very good English so the communication was a little broken down. Vidya with West Appliances was the complete opposite!! I’m so so so glad I chose to work with her!

The store itself is clean, PACKED with awesome discounted appliances, and a great place to shop!!! I will definitely be returning here for my future needs! We ended up having to take our two small kids and Vidya was VERY sweet to them, and didn’t mind at all when they went running around the store a little bit! Went into this store, customer service was great, he took time and let me pick exactly what I wanted. He wasn't pushy. The price is great and 4 yr warranty is only 50.00! I will be back for my refrigerator!!

Update: Washer was delivered, ran it this morning it leaks, they had to know it was leaking because they run it before it comes to you. Also moisture was running down from the dryer. Lets see how this is handled! I will update.

Update: On the front of the LG washers at the bottom there is a small door. We opened the door, it looks like a drain line with a small screw in it. The screw was not tight and that’s where the washer was leaking from. We tighten the screw ran another load this morning it does not leak. The owner of the store actually messaged me yesterday which was a Sunday and told me he would do anything he can to fix the problem. He would send somebody out this morning if I needed it.
