This is written for people like me who really would rather go to places where people are welcoming and kind. Even when people a rude, I just smile and leave. But I still hate the feeling of people being mean for no reason. It impacts me, and this is a warning for those who want to avoid places that leave you feeling off or down after you visit.
I went in months ago for a drink and it took forever. No big deal. Thatâs normal at this location. Then when 20 minutes passed I politely asked where my drink was. They forgot, and the person who told me this seemed angry at me. They made it quickly, and wrong. So I apologized and asked them if they would mind making it iced, because I donât drink hot coffee in the summer. My order did say iced, I checked, so I know it was an error on their part. The barista sighed loudly and made a big show about it. I probably shouldâve been rude too, after that response, but I wasnât. I just left. I avoided this location for a while after.
Then I went back today, and I just wonât go back again. I placed a mobile order before leaving a store down the street, expecting the line to be long, as usual. I donât mind waiting, Iâm not an impatient person. I had an audiobook on and was ready to wait. Then there was only one car in front of me, and I was shocked. I told them I had a mobile order and they told me I placed it three minutes ago and they said they âalways tell peopleâ to place order ten minutes in advance. Again, I didnât mind this. Iâd never heard it before, and Iâve been using the app and placing mobile orders since the feature was created, but Iâve never been told that. If I had, I wouldâve been taking the time into account. It wouldnât have bothered by this if the barista giving me the drink didnât mention it again and, in the most pretentious and aggressive customer service voice Iâve ever heard, said they âspeed ranâ my drink for me. This was after the car in front of me was there for at least five minutes. I know because of how long the audiobook was playing in my car, mind you. It felt weird, unnecessary, and rude. I just said thank you and drove away but I wonât be back. They talk to you like youâre a child. Iâve worked customer service for twelve years, food and retail, and itâs just not how you talk to people. Iâm always uncomfortable in there and the atmosphere is so unwelcoming. Iâm going to continue to go to the Starbucks on Teasley Lane. Everyone there is so kind. I get being in a hurry. Iâm never going to be short or frustrated with people working hard during a rush. Ever. Because Iâve been there. But even when itâs busy, theyâre so kind. The baristas at this location treat you like theyâd rather you feel bad about choosing their store than leave feel either impartial or happy.
I just canât stand when people go out of their way to be rude. As a high-functioning autistic person, I go to places where people show kindness. Iâm not comfortable saying what should be said sometimes. Thatâs why Iâm leaving...
Read moreI've been here for the last three months and didn't Texas due to work and I have to tell you this Starbucks located at Loop 288 right outside the mall has the best customer service I've ever experience.
Every morning before I go into the federal building, I come here as early as 5:30 AM and every single morning. I've been greeted with a happy beautiful young face. When people talk about young people not being able to demonstrate great customer service they need to come to this location. Not one single time have I experienced any bad service.
From the second you pull up to the speaker you greeted with a very sweet and happy Voice ready to take your order. That does not change when you pull up to the window. Usually, they will have something very sweet to say to you to start your day. I wish I could say this were true for every Starbucks I've ever gone to, but it's not.
This location is a special one and I guess it all goes to management and leadership and the people that they are hiring. I had to stop and write this review because they are so deserving of every single star. I wish I could give them more stars because of how amazing this team is.
The only thing I have to say to corporate is you should come and visit this location and witness great customer service because they are all rock...

I had the pleasure of coming to this Starbucks because I am â¨OBSESSED⨠with London fog tea lattes. I usually visit the one off teasly but they ran out of this tea so I decided to try this Starbucks. First things first- It was absolutely crowded and insane. I saw so many people be rude to the staff as if they couldnât look around and see the chaos? Despite the rude customers, the staff acted professional and fast. As you can see in the photos- orders were coming out FAST AND READY.
One employee didnât have a voice- and their teammates noticed and stepped in to announce the orders. Thatâs teamwork luv â¨
I wanted to make this review to say how amazing and hardworking the staff is but when I tried my drink H O L Y SMOKES it was so nicely blended as if someone took an hour to make it but it came out in 10 minutes. I know London fog teas take a decent amount of time to make so thatâs why I order ahead but good lord these guys know how to make a tea.
TLDR: Donât come here to blame staff for it being packed when you can clearly see the parking lot before you come in đ But if you do come, just know they are the most hardworking and amazing staff Iâve ever seen- They still manage to get your order in a timely...
