Rooftop1630 — Attraction in Denver

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Sammy was very unresponsive from the beginning. I did not closed the deal with Sammy but with someone else; all of the sudden I was assigned to Sammy without any notice. I had to send multiple emails to finally get a response from Sammy, and when I brought this up and asked for a manager she said that she takes a while to get back to me because she was working wih other brides and I should understand her attention to detail; that was not the case for my wedding. The day of my wedding we were provided 4 helpers including a day-of-coordinator who never approached me, I still don’t know who that person was, and why we paid her as she wasn’t around. Another staff member Matt was supposed to be there, and again, nowhere to be found. When the vendors arrived to the venue, the helpers that this venue provided had no idea where the alcohol or any of the extra stuff was located at, they said they had no idea what was going on. Comments in here saying that their wedding or event here was stress-free, that was not the case for me. Sammy’s unresponsivenes along with other factors made me regret choosing this venue. Rooftop 1630 was the PERFECT venue for our wedding! From the venue layout, downtown location, indoor/outdoor spaces, wet bar and most of all the Rooftop 1630 team. Emily was an absolute rockstar and ensured that our day went off without a hitch. Her knowledge about the venue / event flow allowed us to have the perfect layout for our wedding size.

Our wedding was in September and the weather was perfect on the rooftop when outdoors. One of the big reasons we picked this venue was the indoor and outdoor layout. Since we are in Colorado we hoped for the best and planned for the worst when it came to the weather. This venue is unique in that it could allow us to move indoors if it started raining, which is something most other venues could not provide at a reasonable cost.

The venue location was extremely convenient as we had local and out of town guests traveling in Denver. There is plenty of great hotel options within walking distance of the venue. Also, it allowed us easy access to an after-party location with some of our wedding party and guests.

Our team hosted our corporate social at Rooftop1630 and it couldn’t have been a better experience. The space itself is modern, stylish, and versatile. The views created an incredible atmosphere that our guests are still talking about.

The staff made the planning process seamless. Sammy and Amanda were responsive, professional, and attentive to every detail, which allowed us to focus on connecting with our guests instead of thinking about logistics. Everything ran smoothly. From setup to service, everybody, including our clients were happy.
