Novo Coffee is a standout destination for anyone who appreciates expertly crafted coffee in a welcoming, modern setting. From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted by the rich aroma of freshly roasted beans, and the space itself is clean, bright, and thoughtfully designed—perfect for enjoying a quiet coffee break or catching up with friends.
What truly sets Novo Coffee apart is their dedication to quality and consistency. Every cup reflects careful attention to detail, from their espresso drinks to their pour-over selections. I tried a latte and a single-origin pour-over on separate visits, and both were exceptional—the latte was creamy and perfectly balanced, while the pour-over highlighted subtle, complex notes that showcased the uniqueness of the beans. Their rotating single-origin coffees make every visit an opportunity to discover something new and exciting.
The staff at Novo Coffee adds another layer to the experience. They are friendly, approachable, and incredibly knowledgeable, always happy to explain the differences between beans or recommend a brew based on your preferences. Their passion for coffee is evident and contagious, making each visit feel personal and engaging.
Beyond coffee, Novo offers a selection of pastries and small bites that complement their beverages perfectly. Overall, Novo Coffee isn’t just a café—it’s a place where quality, community, and passion come together. For anyone who loves thoughtful, well-crafted coffee, Novo Coffee is...
Read moreI thought Novo was an auto repair shop due to the large garage door that prominently face the street, but I was pleasantly surprised to find it more of an industrial themed Starbuck like establishment. They didn't have my go to Caramel frappuccino with extra pumps of simple syrup which was disappointing. But, they did have this coffee flavored latte which was good. Or at least palatable after adding the appropriate amount of milk and sweetener. The thing that impressed me the most was their commitment to a modern industrial theme. I loved how they used an old co2 canisters as an art installation, also the pleasant sort of shrub in the corner, and a symmetrical circle imprinted on the counters. My favorite part of the decor was a well placed fire extinguisher in case the "worst" should happen. Seeing it really brought home how brief and tenuous our grasp on life really is. Anyways, I would highly recommend stopping into Novo and trying their drinks. Who knew there were so many...
Read moreI like this little place. Right across from the Denver pavilion, great window seating and there's coffee cocktails. The reason it doesn't get 5 stars from me is because of my experience with the server. My first time there, I was obviously still looking at the menu and she asked twice "are you gonna order something?" Please bear in mind the was no line behind me so I felt oddly pressured. Ordered my coffee, it got made and she set it on that counter, saying what it was but not very loudly. After I hesitated she looked at me and said "That's yours". Ok cool. Once I was done I brought my distress to her and said everything was really good. I didn't remember the exact response but it wasn't thank you, or really along those lines. She didn't smile once and was pretty blunt. Unfortunately she ruined my first time experience a little. I'll definitely go back when I'm in the area... I only hope I get at least a...
