Sesen Skin Body Wellness — Attraction in Denver

I have been going to Sesen for almost 6 years - back when it was jut Stacy herself! For anyone that knows me, I do research and go to the best places Denver has to offer. Sesen is truly the best. I have tried many other facial salons and none of them have the quality, expertise, tools, or products available. The facials are so relaxing and I always leave glowing! I also love that they include LED light sessions with each facial. I really think LED light helps and not everyone offers it or adds on an extra charge. I have had facials with Julie and others as well and they are all great. I also like how Sesen includes your neck in the facial - again, not everyone else does! Additionally, I like how Sesen continues to build their knowledge - they now offer nutrition counseling and stay on top of skincare technology to make sure they are offering the best treatments that actually work. I learned about Marie Veronique and Laurel Whole Plant Organics through Sesen and now those products are staples in my routine. Marie Veronique makes products specifically for dermatitis and products that are great for wearing with masks right now.

Sesen is the only place I will go for a facial. They have set the bar extremely high for me for the best spa facial. I found Sesen on Yelp when I was planning my wedding five years ago and wanted to get my skin in line. I have always been self conscious of my skin and had a horrible facial experience prior to Sesen of an esthetician making me feel terrible to the point of tears (on top of making my face extremely red and irritated for days). I was nervous going into my first appointment because of this, but my esthetician made me feel SO comfortable and was very professional examining my skin and making personalized recommendations. I left my first appointment in HAPPY tears. The estheticians I have seen have all customized my bookings for me and were all extremely helpful in recommending products. I have been loyal to Rhonda Allison products ever since my first visit! I live in Wyoming and don't make it down as much as I did during that first year or as often as I would like to now, but still make it a priority to visit at least once or twice a year. Sesen is my little Denver oasis! The new location is gorgeous and staff is friendly, attentive and never pressures you to purchase products after treatment. The general decor vibe is that elusive sweet spot between industrial modern and un-tacky desert boho. Tranquil and intimate ambiance aside, Sesen isn’t here for chichi frilly treatments. This is where you can get some serious skin wellness goals accomplished, all with a clean, natural leaning, line of products. Which leads me to my review’s main attraction- Helina! Helina is gentle and pampering but isn’t afraid of a little (or a lot of) elbow grease. She is interested in helping me achieve real results and is sensitive to my short and long term skin goals. Helina answers all my annoying questions with patience and is good at picking up on if I wanna chill or chat. I’ve seen her about every 2 months for the last year for both custom facials and micro-needling. I leave feeling almost a tranquilized-level of relaxed and thrilled with my treatment.
