The manager at the door was incredibly rude. They made me cry and never listened. Thanks to them, I remembered why I hadn't been to a hair salon in four years. Let me tell you about what happened to me.

On the first day, I showed them a hair color I liked and asked if they could do it. “ girl who dyes my hair “ took care of me and said they could achieve the look without burning my hair because she tested it and found my hair easily reached that color. When I asked about the price, they told me it would cost a maximum of $450. At the end of the day, I expressed my dissatisfaction because they didn't pay attention to the color I wanted. They told me to come back the next day to achieve the desired color. But my hair had already reached the desired color, and at the last moment, they dyed over the blonde with a dark color. I have no idea why they did this. They charged me $470 on the first day and said it would be $400 on the second day. I was shocked. They made me pay for their own mistakes on the second day. My boyfriend had to take me out because I was crying. To ensure they wouldn't upset me and wouldn't leave the job half done, he paid them $870 for the procedure and $100 as a tip, a total of $970. I am Turkish. In Turkey, they would apologize for a service they couldn't provide and at the very least, have a sense of shame. They took money from me twice. Is there anyone who paid $1000 in Colorado?

I am so ecstatic about my hair from the Glam House. This review will be about the service I received from Elizabeth, who is an angel sent from heaven! I am attaching before and after pictures even though I am a little self conscious about them, so you can see the work she has done for me.

After I had thrown in the towel and gone brunette during quarantine, I wanted to get blonde highlights again like I had for so many years. I went to a local salon without doing my due diligence and ended up with very unfortunate, embarrassing highlights. They were very chunky, orange and black, and drew to mind kelly clarkson from American Idol. Not cute for my thirty-something year old self.

I didn’t want to go back to the offending salon to “fix” my hair. I researched other salons near me and chose the Glam House for their color correction service based on their fantastic reviews and photos. I got an expert consultation the same day I called them. I patiently waited three weeks for my appointment with Elizabeth. I can’t overstate how unhappy I was with my hair during this time. I could barely look in the mirror because I hated my hair so much!

Elizabeth gave me a combo of baby lights, balayage and smudge root (I am not a professional so I could be wrong). Whatever she did, she did it diligently and with precision. She fixed my hair over the course of a few hours (!) and never once faltered or broke a sweat. She was so sweet and accommodating.

I will never ever trust my hair to anyone else in Denver! Go to Elizabeth! She is a hair guru and will provide you the best service. My expectations have been exceeded. My pictures will speak...

The Glam House is the only place I will ever go to I trust them full heartedly to do my hair!!! I have trust issues especially when it comes to getting my hair done and they will never disappoint. They go above and beyond helping me reach my hair goals and make me feel so incredible with the results afterward and when my appointment is done I feel amazing like a whole new person! All the beautiful amazing stylist will truly make anything happen for you their team work and skills and the way they all come together to make sure you have the best service of getting your hair done is truly un like any other place you will go to, Alexandra is an incredible person with amazing skill her work ethic is like nobody else she is the only person I will only go to that cuts my hair I don’t even have to tell her how I want my hair to be cut I just tell her go for it I trust her with everything she’s super talented I been going to Alexandra for years upon years and I’m always so happy and thankful for her work!!!! and Rainie did incredible job with being so flexible and gave me the hair I dream of she did an amazing job with giving me full highlights and making the pink underneath my hair pop I trust the process and she absolutely killed it!! Carla did a great job going back and fourth between me an my friend making sure our hair was spot on my friend is obsessed with her new hair she absolutely nailed every detail that we were striving for!!!! I’m already excited to come back and see what other incredible looks I will have done with my hair thank you...
