Drive-thru window is supposed to close at 5:30. Pulled up at 5:22 and already closed. This is not the first time this has happened. Have also deposited at 5:15 and check should show up that day (Friday) have had it not deposited in my account till the following Monday per computers being shut down early.. this has resulted in my account being put in to the negative and being issued a insufficient funds charge and them not even listening to me or fixing it. I ended up calling another branch that I don’t even go to and they reversed it for me. I now document time I go to the bank and photos of closures for this very reason. I understand it being the weekend and wanting to leave but at least wait till 5:30. Those of us who rush to the bank make it with minutes to spare and have them closed early is extremely frustrating, and unprofessional. Customer service has been pretty good so far. When I’ve called with questions or checked my account they’ve been both friendly and knowledgeable. With the exception of the call about my insufficient funds charge. Night deposit box is always always empty of deposit slips, envelopes, as well as pens. We are always scrambling to find something to wrap our deposits in. Upon moving to Colorado and regularly going to the colorado blvd location my experience has been everything but nice. The staff are cold and very non talkative to me. When I closed my account because of the treatment, it was just as cold shouldered. When asked how effective closing the account would be I was given the wrong information and was given the wrong amount back in cash. When I called the following business day I was given the correct information ( by a representative that didn't work at that location) and transferred to the manager of location I had just closed with to discuss my experience. She had no interest in my concerns and just wanted me off the phone, assuring that she would talk to her team. However she didn't even listen to my concern or complains, and talked over me. I felt I had to raise my voice and change the tone before she let me speak, and still she repeated herself and shut me down. I took this check to Chase, whom I had a relationship for seven years, they told me I would have to wait 7 business days for the check to clear and they would not give me a portion of the check upfront. I came to Collegiate Peaks Bank, a bank I only had about 3 months relationship with. I presented the same check to Dinorah and she reviewed the check. She said I could give you a portion of the check upfront and the next day need after she confirms the authencity of the check. The next day she she confirm the checks authencity and cleared the rest. This is what I call SERVICE. This is what I expect from a bank. This what also distinguishes a good bank vs a superb bank. Whatever training Dinorah had, it paid off.
