Let me say the staff gets 5 Stars, the hotel gets 2 and since the review is on the hotel that is what I will be reviewing. This place was under construction and was a mess. There was dangerous debris all over the property. When we visited it was high 90's low 100's. It was hot outside. The lobby was not air conditioning and the poor staff suffered in that heat with a box fan in the window. They never once complained. I chose this hotel for shuttle, gym (my daughter had to workout as part of her therapy), and laundry room. All were out of service😔 I picked this hotel because it offered a shuttle to & from National Jewish Health Hospital. We were there for doctors appointments daily for 7 days. When I arrived the kind front desk girl politely told me they did not have a shuttle driver, but not to worry because they have an account with the cab company. The 2 cab companies they used never showed up on time, would wait 3 min only for us, would tell me they don't want to drive me for that negotiated price (it was too small of an amount). I was yelled at, cussed out and felt unsafe riding in those cabs. Marriott DO BETTER! My shower clogged & flooded 2x, my air conditioner worked at 50% if that. The fridge was not cold, had to keep my milk & eggs on ice in fridge. Daniel was great and was there for us every time we needed him! He gave excellent recommendations on places to eat & visit during our time there. Tatiana is one of the best Managers I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with. Tiffany was on top of our ride situation, she stayed calling that cab company to keep them updated about the no shows & in appropriate, unprofessional behavior. They offered to pay our Uber bills, but I declined it wasn't their problem yet Marriotts problem. Maybe wait to stay there until construction is over & hopefully you will get the pleasure of interacting with Daniel, Tatiana, or Tiffany!

My fiancé and I stayed for 4 days on our recent trip to Denver. From what she had told me, the booking process was easy and everyone was very helpful when she called with any questions. They were also very accommodating with a late check out on our last day. The price for parking was very reasonable and with the hotel’s location, it was ideal for being in the center of where we’d be driving to. Our room was clean and very convenient with the kitchenette for meal prep when we were on the go or getting back late. My reasons for docking 2 stars are that an end cap for the corner of the desk in the room was not attached and leaning against the wall when we got into the room, the hanging towel rack in the bathroom had fallen off when I was removing a towel from it after showering (almost landing on end on my toes), the handle to flush the toilet had to be manually returned after flushing to prevent the water from constantly running and the drain for the shower had started to back up while I was showering whereby forcing me to turn the water off to prevent the shower base from overflowing.

This was the absolute worst Marriott /Hotel we have ever stayed at! It was dirty. Halls smelled. walls are thin. Maids never came to clean our rooms after 6 days. They gave us attitude when asking for clean towels. I cut my leg on the bed frame. Our air conditioner leaked and soaked the floor. Gym has no air. Homeless hanging out in front while security sat in the lobby on their phones. Our curtains had stains all over them along with the screen broken. Laundry room has only one washer working. We were there for a sports tournament that the hotel knew months in advance and did nothing to fix their issues. Absolute worst highly do not recommend!!!! And after our complaints the asst manager responded with a generic response. And did not even address the serious complaints only responded about the broke ice machine. The GM didn’t even take the time to respond to a corporate complaint shows their character. If only I could give 0 stars I would!!
