December 4th 2024 night manager named katie (from what we could hear) needs to be let go she is for a better sake of words not fit for a position of management or to be near customers
Sadly I will not be shopping here knowing that the management attitude is rude and dare I say a tad bit racist after watching and hearing her encounter with a kind Mexican fellow
My first complaint about katie was going to be her attitude with a kind Mexican gentleman who couldn't speak well she was mean rude in a rush and didn't seem like she wanted to help him at all and her reaction non the less was that of a person who is uncomfortable with who he was dare we day his language and or skin tone made her uncomfortable
Then she doubled down the 2nd complaint would be how she reacted to the next customer requesting a refund (which is something all savers honor on items bought there) She was loud mean and off putting right off the bat highly shocked she was the "manager" hopefully pretense of speaking once savers sees they need to change that title Made looking at shoes and bags uncomfortable as I heard her say it is not her problem they are almost closed and it would make thier "till" off which wouldn't be a customers issue if they were the cause of it not only did she act rude and seem a bit inappropriate shall we add intoxicated ( judgement based off her jump to anger)
Seemed as if katie didn't want to do her job Very rushed attitude and not customer friendly negative 10 stars
I highly hope that management takes note if the poor behavior from thier employees like katie Do not allow your store to loose happy customers because you have one single and clearly unhappy employee
Her following customers outside to yell as well when the request is as simple as a refund just intimidates people and makes people with young ones as well feel uncomfortable again the "till being off" isn't really a customers issue that's her problem as a manager which she should not have the title of
Also give the poor self checkout girl a raise While we were checking out she told us about katie and how she's always like this with people and employees as well at least she is kind with good energy

Read moreUnfortunately my experience today was not awesome. The check out girl who I was very patient with and was very kind to me was having difficulty ringing things up. When her printer ran out of paper and I did not get the entirety of my receipt, I asked the manager if I could get a reprinted copy which she then replied, "No, and honestly you took a really long time and you created a really long line and now we are backed up." She could have just told me that she couldn't reprint my receipt. She should have stopped there. She was frazzled and stressed and the store was understaffed, and the staff that was helping me was improperly trained and I get that and all. But you NEVER blame a customer for creating delays, that is a staffing issue. And it seems BACKWARDS to tell a customer that their large transaction was irritating and inconvenient. When I got here (at 9 because people say they close donations in just 10 mins) they have a temporary page taped on their sign that says their donations open at 12 today. There are cones set up through the parking lot so it takes parking space away. I always thought stores were required to have so many parking stalls for customers. Are they allowed to just cone off an entire row of parking? The cones sit there not even being utilized for their purpose blocking stalls for hours while the other stores in the center are open? Either way, I drove over 20 mins to get here. I do not want to wait around for 3 hours! Post your hours correctly! And if you're store open at 10, why post donations open at 9 then not really open them until 12? You obviously have workers there already. The backside of the sign says 9am even lol.
