So I went to get my nails done here based on the reviews, and had high hopes. I got my nails done acryically (coffin shape) and wasn't very happy because I had asked for them to be short because I work in a medical office. They left them really long still... whatever that's fine. Then I get home and realize that half of my nails are crooked and filed at sharp angles (makes my nail look broken) and to top it off the next morning I woke up and my nails had yellowed. Gross. I've been getting my nails done for years (very girlie girl) and I've NEVER had my nails yellow. So I stopped in the following morning to ask them to remove them and refund me because I was incredibly unhappy with my nails. They looked terrible and they were so long I can't really do anything, I felt like a cat on linoleum. So when I went in to talk to them they immediately got defensive and told me it was my fault they yellowed, they claimed it was my lotion I used. I calmly stated I didn't come to argue I just wanted my money back. The husband and wife proceeded to yell at me very loudly and argue with me and accuse me of ruining my nails myself they did nothing wrong etc and then tried to involve other customers in the salon. I told them very politely they didn't need to involve the other customers or make a scene, I just wanted a refund for my nails that looked terrible. They then started to talk badly about me TO MY FACE. Thats where I draw the line, I've been a retail manager for the last 16 years (this is WHY I left retail and customer service and switched to patient care) and never would I have yelled at a customer for one, nor would I have talked badly about them directly to their face for a complaint and requesting a refund. This was the most unprofessional reaction to a complaint I have ever witnessed let alone been on the receiving end of. Then after they refused to refund my money I asked if they would at least fix them since I spent money there, call me old fashioned but if you spend money in a place you should at least get something fixed to where you'll be happy with them. And they also refused that stating that I ruined them, not them. Then to add insult to injury, the guy (who had been yelling in my face the whole time) threw a few crumpled up dollars in my face and told me to get out. I left very upset obviously, I called my bank to have them issue a stop payment on the charge to them. This was by far the WORST experience of my entire life. Never have I been treated so badly by shop owners, they deserve to lose their licenses. I'll definitely be calling the better business bureau and a few other organizations to report them for berating and basically publically humiliating someone for simply wanting their money back or getting the service fixed. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS SALON!!! I wish I could upload pictures of the nails they...

I go to a spa for an experience, not just to get my nails painted. My girlfriends can do that! As I walked in, without greeting me, I was directed to choose my color. No one pointed me to the direction the colors were, so I had to ask and I was pointed to a wall behind the desk. Next, I was not told where to sit so I approached the women who was already providing a service to another customer and she pointed to the chair next to her. I was getting a mani with gel polish and a pedi. I was not asked if the temperature of the pedi water was adequate and it was too cool. I soaked and another girl approached me to remove my gel polish on my nails. When it came time to remove the gel, she did it over a towel on my lap. That was okay, but I had to turn my body to make it easier for her. This did not make for a relaxing pedicure. Also, I was constantly referred to as "honey". Again, not a deal breaker, but annoying. The young lady working on my feet apologized twice for cutting the cuticle too close and hurting me. I was getting a pedi because had been at the lake for a week and my feet needed some love. There was only one layer of polish applied and the top coat and flip flops were put on so fast, one toe had to be "repaired" because it was smudged. The foot and leg massage was totally forgettable-too fast and not enough attention to what was being done. I spent an hour at home redoing my calloused heels. The gel polish is not smooth-two nails have bubbles, and I had to come home and refile my snaggy nails. Finally, I speak two languages so I know the challenges of learning a new language, but please at least learn the phrases of your trade. "Please put your foot in the water." "Please turn your hand." "Is the water a good temperature?" These phrases would be preferable to "Down" and "Move". This is the second US nails salon I have left with a less than spa-like experience. Hopefully the owners read this review and improve the spa experience for customers or just call yourself "nail painters". Will...

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I had a pedicure from 4 weeks ago and i left this place with my toes looking worse than when i walked in. My nail technician was so grumpy right from hearing we were getting a basic pedicure. I have some acrylic nails on my big toe from a previous pedicure and he asked if I wanted them filled to which I replied no but I asked to blend it. You’ll see from the pictures he didn’t. I’ve had acrylic tips on my big toes several times and always had the next technician blend without problem. He asked if I wanted my nails trimmed to which I replied yes so he did but left the two big toes untouched so I asked him to do those as well and he seemed annoyed because it’s harder to file acrylic but how would you leave the two big toes longer than the rest. When he was initially done filing I noticed that one was absolutely slanted and not straight and as i started to mention this he said “no more no more” as if he was done working on that nail. I told him it was slanted upward and he acted so annoyed to be fixing that nail. After he was done painting you could see how sloppy his work was: almost every toe had gel polish on the cuticle, some nails were cut absolutely crooked, the big toes with the acrylic were totally un blended, and gel even left on my skin. He put barely lotion on my legs for the massage so it didn’t feel great and was rather rushed. I was pretty unsatisfied with his work so when I went to pay I just signed. He proceeded to tell me to write the total so I did wit no tip. He asked no tip? Why would I tip a service that cost me when I was wholly unsatisfied and left with my nails looking worse than when I came in? I said no thank you. He either responded very aggressively under his breath “no thank you” or “don’t come back”. Either way, obviously I’m not coming back. And I hope no one leaves paying $50+ for a pedicure that leaves their nails looking...

Kevin and Tiffany are a great team and very hard working. Buddy the Elf and Santa give their "Thumbs Up." This is an excellent business with easy access off of 12300 in Draper. They have newly remodeled and it looks so nice inside of the salon. They massage chairs are such a treat during the visit and treatment. I have been going to US Nails for my ingrown toe issue for almost 12 years! I am able to chip my own nails, but the ingrown toenail has become so painful over the years. Tiffany explained to me how they grow and is able to clip them in a way that I can't do. Tiffany is excellent in her skill and she is very friendly. I am very happy with the service at US Nails and highly recommend this business. I am odd in that I don't get my nails painted. However, I do see the work they do for everyone else and the customers seem very happy with the results. Call to make an appointment, you will be glad you did.

This is a beautifully clean salon. Today was my first visit and I was so impressed by the service I received. I was a walk-in customer and was seated for service within 45 minutes (I definitely recommend an appointment, but I had lunch plans at Garage Grill so it worked perfectly). Tiffany is the owner and you can tell she takes great pride in being a business owner. Everything was well organized. The ambiance is calming and relaxing. Tiffany gave me a wonderful gel manicure that included a hand, forearm, neck and shoulder massage. From start to finish it took her 35-40 minutes and my polish and nail shape are flawless. It cost $35, so price is comparable to similar style salons. I recommend this salon to anyone. Good Job Tiffany!
