This a great place for toddlers! We made our appointment online and got right in. There are fun activities and games for the kids to play with! I will say there are lots of dinosaurs that you can just look at and they take up a lot of the space. So once you look at them you move to the next area which is smaller. The playground is also small so keep that in mind for larger kids! The area is definitely designed more towards toddlers. Everything was fun until our issue.*
*the issue we had! My 2 year old had already chugged the water we brought so we went to get some water, we couldn’t find a fountain. There wasn’t anyone manning the cafe section (there were 3 people in line) but they had cups and water at the fountain so I grabbed one. I filled it with water and gave it to my crying kid. The lady at the gift shop then looked over and told me I needed to pay for it, I told her I was water and she told me it was $3 for a fountain drink, I explained again that it was water and she said it was a fountain drink and I needed to pay. I paid and we left and now we won’t be back. It wasn’t handled well and she was so...
Read moreMy 4, almost 5-year-old son loves this place! There is so much to do and the theming is superb. I only took off a star because I wish there were annual passes. We come to Town Square 3-4 times a month and I can't always bring him here because it gets too expensive and when I bring my mom she is helping me with the baby the whole time so she's not doing any of the activities but still has to pay. Tip: bring socks with grips for the play structure :) UPDATE They now have a bundle where you pay $200 for 12 passes however, we bought it today and it was me, my mom, my 4 year old and my 7 month old, and they took off a pass for my 7 month old. So I only have 8 left, which really makes no sense because my 7 month can't do anything. So while the pass is beneficial for some it doesn't do much if you have a baby. UPDATE My babies ticket was put back onto my account :) I'm so happy all of that was straightened out because it really bumbed me out that I had to pay for him. Thank you Colleen for being so caring and getting that...
Read moreWe went there on Sunday March 8th, around 5:55pm.. we were told that they’re closing in an hour (7pm) I said that okay…so fast forward, around 6:45pm, my son asked me to ride the triceratops or whatever that is, so I asked one of the staff member, “JAY” is the name of the staff I asked if my son can ride it. HE just nodded to me “NO” while wiping off the chair.. so I checked the time, and it was still 6:45.. meaning to say, there’s still 15 mins more.. so I asked the other staff and just said yea we can… so I told my husband instead and he was the one who came to that JAY and surprisingly, JAY finally said YES. Only if he could’ve said yes in the first time o asked right??!! Why so lazy..?? There was still 16 more mins… we paid $96 to enjoy every minute that we, my kids were there… so unprofessional… i love how the other staff member were so friendly...
