This will be long so prepare yourself… If i could give this particular store 0 stars I absolutely would. My fiancé & I visited this store on two occasions for some small holiday shopping. The first visit went okay however, the second visit was a disaster. While we’re shopping around the store I take notice that several of the store employees were constantly following us around. Mind you the employees who had just helped us exchange items at the register were now all of a sudden apart of stocking detail. If I looked to my left or right there was the same employee following us around the store(Edgy). She then proceeded to recruit another cashier who was also behind the register during our exchange(Nathen) & now they’re both circling us around the store with every turn we make. After some time they (Edgy & Nathen) have recruited their manager(Dave) who was also behind the register, are all huddled up in the center aisle briefing about my fiancé & I walking around the store shopping. It’s the holidays sometimes people will be on the phone discussing with family about different gifts to give out to family members which my fiancé was doing however, each item she was interested in I personally held in order to not worry associates about potential theft I even insured to walk a few steps behind her while she was on the phone with family & shopping. I understand the climate during the holidays there’s a lot of store thefts companies have to preserve their products in a safely manner. However, following paying customers around the store for their own made up assumptions is absolutely ridiculous! I was so disgusted & dissatisfied we dropped the items we were interested in & left the store. We shortly returned to get a full refund on the items we previously purchased. I also couldn’t help but notice that EACH associate that had been following us around the store was now back behind the register. Just a VERY distasteful experience during the holidays. This is an example of “respect where you pay” if the associates team can’t use respect & discernment while people are looking to spend money in there establishments DO NOT spend your money there! This goes for anybody & anywhere! They need your money for the sells, holiday bonuses & things of that nature. If they can’t respect freedom to shop without obvious harassment or thinking people of a certain demographic are only there for malicious reason they don’t deserve your business! I hope this is eye opening for someone. We’re stronger together then apart but it starts with RESPECT! Happy New Year to everyone who reads this message. Wish you all an abundance of blessings...
Read moreI usually don’t write reviews like this, but I felt compelled to after this being the 2nd or 3rd time i’ve noticed this by the same worker at rallyhousse. I came in just trying to find some rangers gear for my bro and I, but instead I walked away with the memory of one of the most uncomfortable shopping experiences I’ve had in a long time all thanks to one of your employees, axl or axle ?? Let me just say this as clearly as possible: this man needs a serious talk about basic hygiene. The moment he approached me, I was hit with a wave of body odor so strong I genuinely had to back the hell up. It was like walking into a golds gym locker room except this was a grown adult, working in retail, representing your brand. As if that wasn’t enough, his fingernails were long, dirty, and frankly disgusting. I don’t know if he’s watched the new jurassic wrld but he honestly could cast as the raptors with those claws but they don’t belong when interacting with customers. And let’s talk about the breath, good lord. If tooth decay had a mascot… I was trying to ask a simple question about your inventory, but between the smell and the overwhelming scent of neglect, I could barely focus. I was more worried about my nose going numb than what size fishing hoodies yall had. I don’t want to sound overly cruel, but let’s be real this isn’t a minor issue. When a customer’s main takeaway from your store is “Damn, that dude needed a shower, floss, and a nail clipper,” something’s wrong. I hope this message doesn’t get brushed off. I’m not trying to get anyone fired, but a serious conversation needs to happen here. Hygiene is not optional when working in customer service. I really enjoy Rally House for the products and sports gear selection, but this kind of experience makes me second-guess ever stepping foot in that euless (useless) location again. Managers… please do better, i know you smell it. Your store deserves better. And frankly, so do...
Read moreI ordered a hat from their website and accepted their offer to have the hat shipped to their store. Understand that Rally House shipped the hat from THEIR warehouse, via the courier of THEIR choice, addressed to THEIR store. Well guess what, the courier that THEY chose passed the hat off to the USPS who was ""unable to deliver the SUREPOST package and returned it to the sender". I then went to the store and the store manager told me that the issue was being addressed at corporate and we needed to see what happened. Mind you that the company shipped me the hat via UPS who turned it over to the Post Office who couldn't deliver to their store but their was an enormous stack of boxes that had just arrived from UPS next to the counter. My true frustration with this entire ordeal is that Rally House has made absolutely no effort in reaching out to me and attempting to rectify the situation in anyway. Maybe they have too much business and don't need me. I have disputed the transaction on my credit card. Buyer beware when purchasing from their...
