Honestly, this is one of the most beautiful buildings I have ever seen. It has been kept up really well and the art surrounding the place is truly breathtaking. Unfortunately this area is plagued with drug addicts and creepy people. I personally yelled off a man who was slowly driving along side us by himself, clearly high in a beat up old van. I had to stop taking pictures and viewing the painted pillars because there was two people doing drugs in the back. The pink building across the street is really cool, and as a crafter the fence really amazed me. I have seen craftsmanship few times to that level of skill.
