BAR 2909 — Attraction in Fort Worth

Walked in with my family and friends after looking forward to coming here for a long time and got such a horrible experience. My friend ordered drinks for all of us after having been shown AND told the drink specials by a young, male bartender. Well, the female bartender with dark black hair and poorly glued fake lashes gave him the check that didn't reflect the original drink cost, was rude. He gave her two $20 bills & she didn't place his change in his hand. No, she like let it roll down her hands all boojie-like on to the counter (like threw it to the side of where his hand was). Omg! So disgraceful! Our friend even told her that being rude is not how you get a good trip. Oh, THEN one of our other friend's ordered a Coors Light & I saw the female bartender pour off the tab besides the Coors (thinking it was for someone else). This bartender got an attitude with my friend due to HER mistake, after he approached her!!! Like, seriously??? Then, the manager that gave us the wrong drink cost, walked over to my friend, got in his face & told him we needed to leave. While that friend was arguing about the wrong drink specials & the chic getting an attitude, the male bartender did admit to "f'ing" up multiple times. A good manager would have honored HIS mess up & then provided correct prices. He also would not have allowed the female bartender to mock & laugh at us all for what we were told. Sorry! Not sorry. Several of our crew are either in management or like our friend, a business owner that knows how to treat...

OMG. Dead w/Horrible Service!!!! Walked in shortly before 10pm on Saturday night. It was dead, so figured we'd get good service and good seats...ummm, not! Overheard & saw one of the bartenders show specials to a group of ppl which I thought was rare but neat. In a blink of an eye, I saw the girl bartender throw bills at a guy who had his hand held out for change. I didn't hear exactly what the guy said, but then the male bartender approached the group telling them that he made a mistake and they had no weekend specials. The group was obviously upset but the male guy bartender (maybe manager) didn't bother to rectify the situation. I left after the female bartender started laughing at the group saying that she didn't agree to the prices (then said the male bartender did). Things got heated and they called for security. Anyway, the bar staff was rude, so we didn't order and just walked over to the bar across the street (road the bull & had a blast there)!

I was overall disappointed in the bar crew's treatment but after reading the reviews about this place, it seems like a commonality.

To management: you should monitor your cameras. I'm sure they caught all of it. The girl bartender was REALLY rude & seemed irritated/bothered when anyone approached...

Mardi gars night. There was a guy in the bathroom with a female. Let one of the staff members know. He told the owner/manager about it. When the staff member came back letting us know he had told him. He said that he didn't seem like he cared. He called him over to the table we were at & the manager didn't seem like he wanted to. After a few waves and calling him, he came. He started talking to us in a way, he wanted to avoid what just happen and said for someone in the back of the bar to get us a shot. (Close to the bar) that's where our table was. So I told my friend his trying to fix it with a shot. We tried to take it but one of my other friends got her phone out to record. He seemed like he got mad. She was taking a video of the shots nothing else. As he walks away he tells us we aren't nobody and just keeps on walking & talking...I was so confused. For us that was a red flag. what kind of environment this is and whats happening in the business. Won't be going there anymore. What a shame that we go to have a good time and we come out feeling like we did...
