It’s one of those places where you can tell everyone working there is really unhappy with their lives. No one is friendly, they all look depressed (and not just because of the Halloween decor). My girlfriend purchased a costume because she had ordered one online and wasn’t sure it would get there on time. The cashier told us that she had until Halloween to return the costume. Whether or not she did that to just make the sale I’m not sure. So we go to return the costume on the 23rd and suddenly there are signs saying returns are only until the 22nd. A female employee starts telling us this and then rudely brings out a manager, who doesn’t know much more. Again, not even with any sort of kindness or understanding tells us there’s nothing he can do. I even told him to take accountability for his employees and his response was “I was just promoted.” Just a bunch of sad people working in a sad place and I’m definitely going to keep getting my Halloween gear from Amazon because Spirit has left the worst taste in my mouth. Even the customer service representative was extremely short and rude. They must really be struggling to not be able to return a $50 costume. I would just avoid the store...
Read moreVery upsetting, we spent quite a lot of money and I came from 2 hrs away. I got a chucky sweater that the hanger said 2x on it. Unfortunately, the sweater turned out to be large. Apparently, there's a no exchange policy, but I was never told that. Frankly I never been more disappointed. I got something that's 40$ that I can't wear and got an adduite on top of it. I have worked customer service for years and have never been treated so horribly. Even shopped with spirit since I was a teen, but l never go back. 1 bad apple just ruined the whole batch. Read moreIt was pretty great but I waited two weeks to come back to see if they had any more merchandise out but unfortunately they did not. I was highly disappointed especially when this was the second time I went to this location and they had 2 or 3 people working behind the counter with one register open and when I’d ask about something they said we don’t have enough employees to go to the back to bring more stuff out because of how busy they were but this one girl employee was just standing there over the counter on her phone not doing anything. She could have helped went to the back to help me look for what i wanted but I guess her being on her phone is more important then the customers even though she was on the clock...
