EZPAWN (6107 Stewart Road, Galveston) — Attraction in Galveston

This is the absolute worst company in Galveston! They are extremely rude and have zero customer service skills. I just pawned a laptop CPU, nothing major, but it had my family photos on it. I missed the date of pickup, still have my ticket, and called and was laughed at by a very rude woman. She said it must not have been very important if I didn't get it back. Well, I work in/and out of town and was away. She said I could make online payments or over the phone. They never once explained that, and she said they give a courtesy call, never happened and I have my phones call history to prove it. They did not explain anything to me, the woman is extremely rude, and she said I shouldn't pawn things and I should work like everyone else. Really? I make more than her and I guarantee it, just needed to pay a bill before payday. And to think I was going to buy things for my new house from there, never in life will I do business with ezpawn! They can stick to buying stolen items...

Came in with my husband and took a minute to get any service. We attempted to get the workers attention and she responded with “i see you, you can wait” and when she finally got to us she didnt try to negotiate a price with us or even bothered listening to our negotiations and was on her phone when we were asking questions. We asked about negotiating a price and she did not even bother helping us out. The lady has very poor attitude, you can tell she hates her job and does not want to be there. If you want more customers or even sell anything, try getting an employee who does a better job at customer service, has a better attitude and knows how to handle...

They've always given me the best price rather selling, loaning or buying especially if you're loyal. They'll get to know u on a first name basis and eventually become friends. Their newest hire proves it! She's very sweet, attentive and genuinely cares about giving great customer service. Her name is Priscilla and she's the perfect impression of the manager Lu, who is the exact same way!
