Tldr: above average local art, horrible experience.
The art for the most part is very nice and some of the pieces are gorgeous. I agree with another review that at least one artist there is very clearly influenced by Kinkade.
What was incredibly frustrating, however, was the service. I have never been treated like this at an art gallery before. We saw a fox print we adored and wanted to inquire as to purchasing it or framing a reprint. While we were looking at it, an associate walked over and we thought she was coming to assist us and I started to inquire about the painting. Instead of assisting she just took it and started showing it to another couple right next to us and completely ignored us. She completely dismissed us as apparently we were not worth the time to do business with. No other associate came to help us either.

Read moreStepping into Master's Editions Village Gallery was a quiet and beautiful moment in a busy vacation. The gallery is a true gem in The Village Shops, a world away from the bustling crowds. The showroom was beautifully arranged, and the perfect lighting highlighted every piece. The artwork is stunning, with a focus on wildlife and mountain scenes that evoke the beauty of the Smoky Mountains. It was inspiring to see so many different interpretations of the area's natural splendor. The staff, including a very helpful member, was a wealth of information. They shared stories about the artists and the meaning behind the pieces, adding a personal and engaging touch to the experience. Seeing the art in person, combined with the staff's passion, changed plans. The entire atmosphere is relaxing and not pushy, making browsing enjoyable. The gallery offers a calm space to appreciate the region's beauty through the eyes of talented artists. A visit is highly...
Read moreHad an amazing experience with Matthew who really helped us understand the artists and the types of paintings along with the difference between S/N and A/P. Matthew was very patient with our questions, as we took time to look around. He was very insightful on our journey to making a decision, as we were looking to purchase paintings that would appreciate in value to one day pass along to our children. The showroom was very neat and had a great flow and atmosphere. Thank you Matthew for your help and a wonderful experience. We received a great value for two great paintings and will definitely be returning to Master’s Edition Village Gallery to add to our...
