LOFT — Attraction in Germantown

Ridiculous. My daughter and I walked in around 5:15 and picked out items to try on. When we went to try the items the sales associate said the dressing rooms were closed so they could get ready to close up for the day. I asked why the dressing rooms would close before the store closes and was told corporate gave them permission to close early in order to get everything done before they left. All of this could have been avoided if any of the four (that we saw) sales associates had told us when we arrived that they were closing the dressing...

I had placed an Loft order online for the 1st time and my Leggings ended up way to big so decided I'd call them to find out if they had a smaller size in what I had received. They were very pleasant and helpful over the phone. So I planned to make my trip to the Loft. Upon arriving someone was happy to help me with my return & making sure I found the perfect size I would need. I even ended up buying another pair of jeans and a pair of pants. Been shopping at Loft for YEARS and lately have had the worst experiences at this location. The staff appears preoccupied with everything but assisting customers and they border on rude at checkout. They ordered a top for me and after asking my size multiple times, still order the wrong size. They just don’t appear to care anything about the customer. I travel a good distance to shop Loft and will chose other locations...
