S & S Sutler — Attraction in Gettysburg

Tried to get in contact to ask questions about items they might offer in the store. The lady that answered the phone was short with me and seem very aggravated immediately by any question that might have been asked. I was only asking if they offered Renaissance style clothing. See them proceeded to be very short with me and was quick to jump off the phone. We're 10 years in sales is extremely unprofessional to treat any customer in this manner and if this is any sign of how they treat their customers inside the store I recommend going someplace else. The reason for me writing this is the fact that I called back and then she hung up on me so I tried a second time and she sent me to what sounded like a fax machine. As far as customer service this business gets a one star...
