I canāt say enough about how much I enjoy the workshops here! The staff are so wonderful, they strike the perfect balance of letting your creativity take over and helping you along the way! Iāve messed mine up on more than one occasion and they always reassure me and help me make it a masterpiece. At our workshop last night there was medical emergency and the staff remained calm and professional and handled the situation extremely well. They were even able to get us all back on track. To experience something traumatic at work and then have to bounce back to a bubbly and happy instructor isnāt easy⦠but they did it without skipping a beat. I also am thankful that everyone is so helpful there. If my assistant was busy helping someone else, another assistant would always jump in to help if I asked. I had the privilege of working with Lauren, Kristi and Gabrielle and they were absolutely amazing. Always a smile on their face and jumped in to help whenever I asked. Ā Ā Ā Read moreWhen you go in you have a table you go to with a primary helper. Our helper wasnāt helpful at all - we were completely lost on what to do. The instructions were not clear. We would stand there unclear as what to do and every helper would walk past us and not say anything. When the primary helper finally did help she would tell me what to do, then the floor lead would come back and tell someone else to do the same thing but āmake sure you donāt use too muchā even though i was not told the same. Luckily i am pretty good at figuring things out but considering you pay $70 JUST for the project, it is not worth the cost. I like what i made but i could have finished it way sooner had they been helpful. We didnāt get out of there til an hour later (4 hours total) when it honestly could have been done in an hour total. We were really frustrated with the staff and in the future we will just go to hobby lobby and get the stuff there - this experience was not...

We were told the doors would be locked and she would not be allowed in. She traveled over 45 min to get there. Wben we asked if there were any exceptions and explained the person had travled a distace the peson heading the group rolled her eyes and was bitchy about it and expressed that it was on her and she said "she needed better time management ". We were also told with an attitude that if we chose to leave they would be charging us a $10 fee to rebook!! Wow that's great customer service!!! I totally get that things have to go on time but I feel like this situation could have been handled totally different. What happened to...
