If you're looking for a place that caters to your kids' love for fish, animals, and arcade games while also offering a fantastic selection of firearms, Bass Pro Shops is the ultimate destination for you! I swear, my family practically lives there. It's become our go-to spot, and for good reason!
First off, let's talk about the fish. Oh boy, those aquatic creatures know how to put on a show! My kids are absolutely mesmerized by the vibrant colors and graceful movements of the fish tanks. It's like a real-life Finding Nemo adventure right before our eyes. And let's not forget about the thrilling animal displays that seem to transport us to a mini-zoo. It's like Noah's Ark, but with a shopping cart!
Now, hold your horses, because the fun doesn't stop there. Upstairs, there's a shooting arcade that will satisfy your little sharpshooters' craving for excitement. My kids absolutely adore it, and I must admit, I've had my fair share of fun there too. It's a blast for the whole family!
Speaking of firearms, the gun counter staff is top-notch. I've purchased multiple firearms from them, and every experience has been pleasant and professional. The managers behind the counter deserve a special mention for their exceptional customer service. They've even honored the price match policy with other local shops, proving that they not only care about their customers but also know how to keep us coming back for more.
Now, let's dive into the shopping experience. Bass Pro Shops offers a nice selection of name brand clothing and all your camping needs. Whether you're a fashion enthusiast or an outdoor adventurer, they've got you covered. Plus, the store is always impeccably clean, and the staff is incredibly welcoming. You'll feel right at home as soon as you step through those doors.
So, if you're ready for an adventure-packed shopping trip that caters to your kids' fascination with fish, animals, and gaming, look no further. It's a wild ride you won't want to miss!

Read moreI sold a firearm to a gentleman who i will leaves name out. But It was basically brand new. Brand new when I purchased it 3 years ago & only used 2 times at a firing range. S&W bought for $385. He told me that it's an unpopular version & no one would want, they wouldn't even be able to sell it most likely, it would just sit. So the max they could get was around $165 for resale. He offered me a little over a $100 for it. I was in a bind & needed a smaller fire arm for Concealed carry purposes not so big & bulky. I accepted the offer & and put it immediately towards a new firearm. However, I came back next day & to ask if I could buy the S&W back. They said I had to wait the 13 days waiting period. no big deal. When I came back to repurchase it, I was told it sold, or he thought it sold because it wasn't on display but wasn't sure. So after looking around he couldn't confirm it's sale, but said it must've sold really quickly since it barely had been 13 days. I mentioned he originally told me that "no one would want it because it was a model people had no interest in", so I asked what price did it sell for? He quickly & rudely said "the price i told you it would sell for". Then walked away dismissing me without another word.
3 things: 1) how did he know it sold for that price he mentioned without being able to confirm the sale. 2) why did he low ball me and mislead me that it was a model no one wanted when it "must've sold" the first day it was out? 3) the fact he answered me so matter of factly about the sale price and then dismissed my questions and walked away, showed me alot about his character and the character of the store.
Really unfortunate that's how they treat people and knowing I was in a bind so it became clear he took advantage of me and wouldn't even prove the sale, which it being a firearm, is law that it be recorded. Disappointing to say the least. Even if it sold for the price he said, justifying the low offer, all he had to do was prove the sale so I could let my dad know. Last time I shop here or sell any firearms here as well. I'll be sure to let my friends and family know to avoid this...
Read moreI purchased a firearm from another Bass pro shop and it was shipped to this location... I have NEVER felt so interrogated and discriminated. Donovan was more of an investigator than a manager. His customer service etiquette is less than adequate for his position, he is NOT a police office or an investigator, he is a CUSTOMER SERVICE manager. I am a government employee and have two homes due to my distance commuting. Mary helped me initially and was not pleasant (to say the least), she asked my address and as soon as I hesitated that was it; I was treated like a lying criminal trying to purchase a firearm. I tried explaining to them that I am not partial to one address... They kept cutting me short and insisted I change my address at AZMVD online and go to the print shop to print confirmation before they assisted me further.. They used a PRINTED paper that specifically says "NOT A FORM FOR FEDERAL IDENTIFICATION" as opposed to my AZMVD issued ID card AND my Government employee issued ID. I don't really see the logic in that. A paper can be much more easily forged... Not to mention, I did not want to update/change my address at this time. On top of that, they FORGOT to include the key in my box to remove the trigger lock. Their "thoroughness" obviously lacked in some areas, luckily I noticed that and saved me an hour each way to come back for a key. I'd like to add that my background check was approved within 15 minutes of me going through all of the loops they required of me. Myron helped me finalize my transaction and he was great. Very nice, pleasant and polite. Administration should really consider retraining some of their staff. We should be treated like CUSTOMERS FIRST, not criminals or liars. Looking back at reviews for this location; gun counter is mainly the department that has complaints... Obviously something isn't...
