My husband and I took our 2 year old and 6 month old there and we had a really great time! It's a little garden right off of the Swamp Rabbit Trail, so if you're going alone it's nice to have a lot of people around but not feel like youre right in the middle of traffic. I think it's just the right size for little little people too to run around supervised but not in arms reach at all times. Just be aware of the Reedy River that runs through it. There are some steep drop offs and a bridge. We were able to entertain ourselves there for about 90 minutes before the toddler started to get too adventurous against her parental advice. Greenville City has done a really nice job keeping it neat and clean, so we didn't have any worries allowing our toddler and infant enjoy time in the grass. We even brought some snacks and had a snack picnic on the ground surrounded by some pretty flowers! Highly recommend for families of...

The design of this park suggests the architect has never actually met a child, but has read a great deal about them and would therefore consider himself an expert on the topic, and qualified for the task.

There might be some kids in the 4-8 range who could get some enjoyment from this, but probably not older, and certainly not younger. Definitely not a place for toddlers to play. I know because I took my toddler and between the mostly not interactive attractions, and the pathway that's next to a steep hill into a creek, there was no safe place to set her...

I didn't want to even give it a one star! This park is so overrated! The so call musical stuff was broken, there wasn't any real interactive stuff for a 4 year old. Went to get a drink out of water fountain and it was broke and loaded with ants all in the stainless steel bowl and water spout. My granddaughter almost put her mouth on it. My 4 year old granddaughter said "Nana, there isn't anything for me to play on!" I was floored that I had to pay $5 for 1 hour to park bc the isn't a free...

Fun fun fun for me and the kids! The garden is beautiful, and the artwork is impressive. The kids had a fantastic time! Hansel and Gretels gingerbread house was beautiful and they had several interactive items that kept the kids intertained. It is very small and will cost you to park unless you did the trolly that will pick you up and take you to numerous places along downtown. Please also be mindful of your own trash, and keep this hidden gem beautiful.

The park itself is ok. Some of the interactive music things need to be fixed. It's under an overpass and there's a bunch of trash along the river next to the park. I went during the winter so not much was in bloom, but there's a bunch of interactive signs for the kids when the plants are actually growing.
