i want to start by saying that i have been going to this salon for years. i get my eyebrows waxed at least once or twice a month and get a pedicure every few months when i have the time and money (it’s pretty expensive). i usually get really good service. everyone is super nice and welcoming. occasionally someone will wax my eyebrows too thin or apply polish sub par but overall a great salon. today i came in for a pedicure, eyebrow wax, and just a fingernail cut. i’m starting nursing school this week and we are not allowed to have any fake nails, nail polish, or even real nails that go past the fingertips. i ALWAYS have long, beautiful, natural fingernails (see pictures) and get super sad when they break. i figured since im getting the pedicure, i’ll let the professional cut my nails so they’ll look nice and neat. she waxed my eyebrows beautifully and the pedicure was pretty good. however, when she was cutting my nails, she would do one clip and rip it the rest of the way. i said that’s fine since she’s gonna file them anyway i guess. she filed everything BUT the nail. my fingertips are raw and burning. it sucks because the nails don’t even look clean. not only that, she buffed the TOPS of my nails so now my nail beds are scratched up. 5 raw finger tips, jagged nails, and scratched nail beds. i know i didn’t pay for a manicure or anything but omg! we even talked about how i love my long natural nails and i was sad that they had to go. the lady was so sweet and i feel bad for giving this place a bad review but this is really disheartening. i know it’s weird to obsess over nails but i am so not happy with my fingers right now. i still tipped her because she was nice and did a lot of things for me but i’m very disappointed. i will return but i will be cutting my own...
Read moreThis place is terrible. Do not go in there if you want eyelashes left on your eyeballs that lady and was a extremely rude and pulled my real lashes off and made me pay 35 the first day two days later had to get them fixed had to pay 20 again another day later had to pay 15 save your money, they are just money hungry do not go there. She ripped all my lashes off and was very rude to me argued with me told me she did not rip them off! They are very rude in there. Do not go there take your business elsewhere. They put my lashes on what I’m guessing which is hair glue there’s stuck on there so tight , these lashes won’t come off they’re giving me an eye infection. My daughter got her lashes done and told the lady they were hurting her eyes. The lady said no they’re fine so we left 30 minutes later they were stabbing her eye, causing an eye infection and a reaction so we try to get them off couldn’t get them off went to another eyelash place and decided to call Bellagio the lady and answer the phone very rudely and said to get them off. I had to pay $15 to come in for her to soak them off or her way pulling them off with tweezers but anyway they are not work it!! They put your lashes on underneath your real lashes which is so damaging to your real lashes. If you ask a real lash tech that is not how they’re supposed to be . I had to go to the hospital to see if they can get them off? My eye was s o infected. Do not go there unless you want a hospital bill bigger bill Then your lashes NOT worth...
Read moreI don't usually leave bad reviews, I usually take things in stride and am patient and understanding, but I was left so slighted by my experience that I had to comment upon it. First of all, my appointment was for 3:30. I signed in at the front desk 10 minutes early and waited in the waiting room. The stylist was working on who I could only assume was a friend of his, and took his time meticulously curling her hair, cutting each stand perfectly, and gushing endlessly about her appearance and taking loads of pictures of her once her hair was done, so much so that that appointment ran 30 minutes over. The man who checked me in at the front desk even walked back and poked his head in on them and apologized to me for the wait. Once the stylist had finished up with her, he rushed me into his chair with little in the way of an apology or an introduction and flatly asked me what I wanted. When I booked my appointment, I said I had wanted a shampoo, haircut, and blow-dry. What I got from (Bryan? Ryan? Like I said, he didn't introduce himself and I vaguely overhead his coworkers say a name of that sort) was a dry haircut that was extremely rushed. I was out of his chair in less than 10 minutes. I didn't discover the extent of the hack job until I got home. I wanted a slight a-line cut. What I got was 2 completely different lengths of hair in the front and back with no graduation or blending whatsoever. I'm now regretting not walking out of the salon when I wanted to when I was left to wait...
