Don’t sell to this place. I feel like I got severely taken advantage from and borderline robbed. A had very similar experience as another person who wrote a review named Madison! I don’t know this person, so I have nothing to gain by defending her, but this company found a way to take advantage of people with there call back, where you don’t get explained or shown what or how many items are taken, you are just told the amount at the end when it’s over, and u don’t know what it’s For. This is what they did to me. I brought in a bag of purses. Some a few coach purses, coach wallets ( 2) Micheal Kors, guess, one fendi and a Givenchy tote bag and about 20 others that ranges from mid to no name. When I got there they offered me 16 lousy dollars. And I didn’t see my bag yet so I expected it to be pretty full of purses still, thinking ok maybe the high end ones had something on them I missed and they didn’t want them. Nope they took all the high end ones, my bag was half empty and I got 16 bucks for it all. Does selling 2-3 coach purses and 2 coach wallets and a fendi and Givenchy tote along with about 5-10 other purses would 16 bucks be fair to anyone on this planet??? But by then u can’t say no, cuz they explained if u don’t stand up there with them during the sort then u get a call back and the number is the number and you don’t know what is taken to get that number. They say they pay 30% something like that to seller based on what they sell it for. After keeping my mouth shut and going back in to see what they had my items on floor selling for and taking pics of these prices, they paid me about 2% this is not ok and luckily I have pics of my items before I took them in and I have pics of my items on there floor and have proof of what they paid me and Im turning them in for this, they took advantage of the wrong girl this time and this place should be ashamed of themselves. I’m not saying that the owner is part of this or aware of what buyers are doing, or at the very least the buyer i unfortunately came across, they could be stealing the item out from the owner too who knows, But Word to the thief that did this to me, I was trying to gather enough money to pick up my brain tumor medication, that was $1100 for 4 pills, that I couldn’t afford, i have a little boy and needed those to buy more time until docs could figure out course of action . U took that away from me, or at least stole my items that could nudge me a bit closer. ...

This makes me SO sad to post because I have been coming here for so many years and have left many 5 star reviews from other emails. I’ve been trying to catch the owner in there so I didn’t have to resort to a review but unfortunately I just need to say something. I am giving a 3 although I would my experience over the last 6-12 months is lower than that. The older lady that is the “manager” there has changed this place and not for the better. When I say I’ve bought and sold thousands of dollars worth of clothes that’s an under exaggeration. The girls are spoken to horribly and anytime they have a good employee they’re gone before you know it because of the way everything is ran. She walks around on her phone on speaker and talks down to everyone. As a customer I feel like I’m in her (and a lot of the employees) way and you’re inconveniencing everyone by being there. I used to come literally every day and now I come ever few weeks hoping things will perk up but they haven’t. The employees look like they hate their life especially when the manager is around and it makes it a really not fun experience. The training for the girls has gone downhill too as nothing is ever where it’s supposed to be and things are put back in the wrong section so you have to look through EVERYTHING just to make sure you didn’t miss anything because you can’t rely on them being put back correctly. No one wants to work hard when they aren’t valued and I think that’s shown a lot. I know things have picked up a lot but I think a massive part of not being able to take bags is because the inventory isn’t being gone through like it was because pricing has changed and a lot of loyal customers have stopping coming. I know this store has so much potential and that’s clear from the past but I hope management changes and fast before they lose even more employees...

It's hit and miss with the styles. They'll turn away clothes you're selling stating, "it's not their style" yet there are some really hideous options on their racks. They've even turned away clothes I'VE BOUGHT FROM THERE! Only store credit for returns- and you have to have the tag attached and return it within seven days. They have stuff with broken zippers, no buttons, pocket decals falling off, etc. for high prices. If you're considering doing the "stuff the bag" charity event, consider volunteering or paying the $20 to get in an hour earlier. The volunteers get to pick through everything before the paying customers get to it. I was dissapointed with the selection, but it was for a good cause.

My most recent visit sucked! I brought in a bag while it was busy- they said it'd be about a half hour, so after an hour without a call, I went back to the store to let them know I'd turned in a bag. She found it, handed it to me and said "they" must've not been interested cause she could see colored pants in the bag. I was confused cause they usually call you when they're done. I got home, opened the bag and it looked like it hadn't even been touched from how I put it in there. When I called in, the young lady who answered (and didn't think I could hear her) gave that same lady the phone who was now telling me it was HER and a couple of others who had looked through the bag and said it wasn't their style. She couldn't even properly identify the contents other than colored pants which she saw through the bag earlier. Unprofessional and rude. Every once in a while you'll find a real gem or two, but the staff is pretty snooty and kind of ruin it. Hope it changes...
