Burlington — Attraction in Holyoke

This is the first time I go to this Burlington. It is disgusting everything's all over the place. Nothing is where it's supposed to be the HomeGoods area. There's picture frames all over the floors the shoe area there's shoes all over the floor clothing all over the floor nothing is properly placed anywhere And I get it customers do a mess. But it's the employees jobs to keep the store in tiptop shape, nice and neat . it's just it's it's awful. I went in there and I went with my mother and I just wanted to leave as soon as I walked in and I saw everything. It was hard to even have a carriage to walk through the aisles, but I couldn't leave fast because I was with her. I did end up going to the TJ Maxx close by the TJ Maxx is by far the cleanest everything is well organized everything's in its place. It is so nice and dare I say even nicer than other TJ Maxx that I've been to, but never again I'm going to...

I haven't been to this new store location since it open from the mall location. I was shopping for my daughter to get her ready for school an thought of the new store location. I came from the mall went in the store and needed to used the bathroom. I told my daughter to grab a cart while I go and used the bathroom, It was lock. So I went to the greeter that was already standing there at the front entrance door wen we came in, a tall male worker with glasses heavy on his accent. I asked if I could used the bathroom he denied me access 😒 stated that the bathroom were closed. At 8pm when the store closes at 9:30pm. OK! I had no choice but to leave the store and find a bathroom. All I got was a sarcastic SORRY!! As I walked away. I been to many burlington store, it's one of my favorite stores. I've never been treated in that manner. Way to treat a paying...

I LOVE this store. They have the best coats, and you really can't beat the prices. That said.. trying to find shoes there is an absolute nightmare. There's no sense to the setup. Sizes are all over, people become unhinged over the lack of space and the free-for-all that ensues is enough to make me not even want to look at them. But otherwise, it's one of my favorite places to go...
