I am always very careful what I put in my body, as well as what I put on my body, so I was looking for a spa that specializes in organic treatment. This place came at the top of my searches, and it had excellent reviews, so I decided to give this place a try.

Scheduling an appointment was very easy, I just texted the number listed on their website, and they got back to me immediately. I was actually able to schedule my appointment the same day, which was very convenient, because my face was actually in a desperate need of a deep cleanse.

My esthetician seemed very knowledgeable. I told her that I prefer to use organic products and she recommended an Organic Facial. She explained that they use exclusively Image SkinCare cosmetics, which does have an organic line, Ormedic.

My facial was awesome. I wish that I could describe in detail how it went, but I am afraid that I can’t, because I drifted off within first five minutes. I just remember the gentle yet firm touch on my face, and the relaxing music in the background.

After the treatment my esthetician recommended an facial cleanser for me and a serum, both from the organic Ormedic Image Skin Care line. She explained that regular soap is not good for my skin, even if it is all natural. She is an expert and I took her word for it, I got both products. I love it. I think I will stay with Image SkinCare from now on.

Overall the place did a very good first impression on me. It was clean, and very conveniently located in the Ala Moana Medical Building. I go there to see my dentist, so I was familiar with the location. I love how I don’t have to bother with finding parking, since I could just park at the mall. I will definitely be back. I’m in LOVE with this place. I have been getting my services with Precious. She is hands down the BEST! My skin feels like a baby every time. She is amazing, she has so much patience and explains everything about the procedure. Very knowledgeable, she taught me how to create a skin care routine for my lazy self. Will keep coming back!

UPDATE!! :

I unfortunately need to update this review since service has been horrible. I have been going here for more than a year, and the last couple of months it’s been bad. The last few months they have been trying to always change the time I schedule my appointments without consideration that I take time off work to go here. They will call you a hundred times and harass you to see if you can change the time (I was called more than 6 times in a 10min period while at work). This last month I couldn’t get my monthly Hydrafacial and their excuse was that the machine was down and at the day of the appointment they told me some other esthetician could see me, mind you I DO NOT change estheticians, I was a loyal client to Precious (She is amazing!! And not all of them but most of them will SKIP steps of the facial process to get it done faster). So what was it, is the machine down or did you just booked my time to someone else? Now they OWE me money ($150+) and no one is answering my texts/phone calls about this issue. They clearly are not going to refund my money. The owner is clearly just money hungry and does NOT care about their clients. Be aware!!! I will be going somewhere else, even if I have to pay more for the same treatment, is...

I first came in to see Grace for an ultra hydra facial as well as a back facial, and was so pleased with everything. Grace is wonderfully professional, thorough with telling you what she’s doing, and gentle with your skin. There are hot towels involved, and she asks if they’re too hot or okay, along with all the other steps that require the same comfort confirmation. I really appreciate the level of communication overall. So important. I seriously recommend the hydrafacial (at any of the price points). Game changer. And I got an exfoliating product afterwards for a weekly exfoliation before going back for my next hydra facial. Take care of your skin :)

A month later, I came back to treat my mom to an ultimate hydrafacial, and I had a signature massage (90 min).

It was very professional and thorough! Pono asked if there was any certain areas he should focus on, and was very receptive to what I said. He was firm yet not sore. Overall I was very happy with the massage.

My mom had the facial with Tuyet, and she loved it all around! Tuyet was very nice, and receptive to my mom saying she had sensitive skin. One comment would be that there was just a tiny bit of residue from the masks that should’ve been wiped off, and only a tiny bit in a spot, not an issue at all. The second comment would be for elderly people or anyone who’s more prone to being cold, if you have a warm blanket option, that would be greatly appreciated and an extra level of comfort consideration.
