This scooter rental is the best on the island! The staff are extremely friendly, kind, and helpful when learning information about the scooter, quotes, and safety information. There is a law in hawaii that forbids scooter passengers from riding on the scooters so the kind gentlemen took extra steps to ensure that my girl friend was able to learn how to ride from 0 experience prior.

It was a blast! After a few hours of riding however, my girl friends scooter has a mechanical malfunction. After calling up the owner at 11pm, he was quick to respond and immediately came with a replacement. No questions asked!

Great experience! I was in town for a week and needed to run errands all over town, and taking da bus everywhere did not sound appealing - Island Wheels to the rescue! Rates are super competitive and the guy who helped me at pickup and drop off was super nice. The place is a bit hard to find, but turn left off Lewers and look for the taco truck. If no one is there just call or send a Google message.

I also appreciate that they just rent you a regular black Pronto instead of a bright painted one with a flag that says “I AM A TOURIST”. Had a great experience, would definitely rent...

5/5!!! This experience was great!! A little confusing to find, had to call and ask for directions, but the owner was so patient with me. I’ve never ridden a moped before so I was a bit nervous. He took me & my husband to an empty parking lot near by and helped me feel more comfortable on the moped. He was very understanding, slow and patient. He walked me through every aspect of riding the moped, how to turn, stop, go, turn it on, etc. Our time didn’t start until we left the practice area, which I greatly appreciated. I would 100% be happy to rent mopeds from this...
