I stopped in this morning about 9am and was going to get Grandkids a donut but they don't carry any yet, just a couple muffins and prepkgd pastries and some nice looking cinnamon rolls. The Emerald Thai restaurant at Northcross Shopping center. On my way to a commitment nearby, stopped here for lunch. The restaurant is ample, clean and staffed by a group of hard working ladies. The menu is very big, perhaps a few too many items. Had as main dish Thai chicken Royale. Chunks of white meat, slightly breaded and served in a rich brown sauce. Lightly cooked (vapor) broccoli and white rice. I thought it would be to much but... It was so good I ate it all. Prices are mid level, there's a wine and beer menu to go along with his tea and the usual sodas. There's ample parking and...
