I found a ring online sold by Indy Jewelers, I ordered, paid for the ring a little over $300.00. Received a confirmation call 5 min after my purchase. The man told me it would be sent immediately, as in our discussion I told him it was a gift for Christmas. He assured it would be there by that next weekend. Weekend came and went, I called the store, confirmed who I was, told it was going to be sent at end of day after already a week. Received a notice that a usps tracking # was available but it seems it never made it to be dropped off per the shipping company. The lady who i tried to speak to about this told me not to call any more and hung up on me, they won't answer my calls, messages. I guess taking people's money without delivering a product or helping a situation they created is not what this business...

I bought earrings and a ring. $400. The main mount and diamond of the ring broke off the first day I wore it. I’m not sure when and where. I brought it back with the receipt to the store within the week I bought it. They told me they couldn’t do anything because I didn’t have the broken piece . They called the owner/manager not sure. They said if I had all of it they would fix it but if not I could have done it on purpose to keep that part. So nothing, nil, no care. I thought this odd considering my wedding ring hasn’t broke and it was my great grandmothers. I know if you buy from a place like that you should be prepared. Got molded, I went on a Friday & they said my bottoms wouldn't be done until the next Saturday, And tired to charge me an extra hundred dollars because they have a design in them, BUT I QUICKLY REMINDED THEM THAT I DIDN'T ADD ANYTHING THEY ALREADY LOOKED LIKE THAT IN THE PICTURE THAT WAS IN THEY BOOK FOR $360.00... The 2 lady's tried to charge me $440.00, So I said something to the owner and he said I was right and they were wrong, long story short I left paying $393.00..
