I'll start with the good. Great seating, polite staff, and easy location. The theater validates parking, so it's cheap and very accommodating on their part. Then the bad, the last two times I have been here (within the same month), neither time have I had the chance to sit where I had chosen. This wouldn't be a problem if the theater didn't allow the option to pick your seats prior to entering the auditorium, as I'm used to first come, first serve. The first incident was a 9pm showing of The Intern, as we paid for our tickets, I asked the employee if we should go ahead and pick our seats and we were told that we didn't have to worry about it and that we could sit where we wanted. We had arrived 20 minutes early and sat in our usual seats. Shortly after the previews started, a family of three came up to us and told us we were in their seats. We calmly explained to the man what the employee had told us and he kept insisting that we needed to move. Of course I would understand in a packed theater that he would want the best seats (in my opinion), but there were only 2 other groups in the whole auditorium. He then proceeded to find the employee that told us this and she suggested we move seats. So we left, they offered a refund, and as easy as it would have been to tell them that she had said this and that she was sorry for the confusion, she caused two customers to leave very unhappy. Second incident, we had purchased the tickets online and picked our usual seats to avoid the previous issue. Only to find a couple in our seats when we arrived. I almost got upset until I realized that they were probably told the same as we were the last time we came here. If it's offered to pick your seats, you'd expect to get them, at the very least some consistency on the employees part to keep everyone happy. Very disappointed and as petty as if may sound, we will not...

Young African American man showing people to their theater was only saving grace other then the movie
Concessions stand employee was just rude and incompetent after another employee I think it was mumbles from earlier came to help I was second in line at the time I went to him after he said clear and loudly this time that he would help who was next. So I walk over and before he could help some other ppl walk up a asking for assistance no biggie or so I thought. Turns out guy completely bails on helping me and instead of helping me next the original concessions guy completely ignores me so after 10 to 15 min of waiting I walk back( I did cut in front of someone and the line had gotten larger by this time so sorry to that guy) I asked of he could help me since I'd been waiting for 15 min and I WAS NOT going to want in line for another 15 min when I should've been helped after mumbles walked away and ignored me. So the orginal just keeps saying that no one was else was helping like i just imagined mumbles coming out and speaking so i just so frustrated and angry that i walked off and cursed. I wasted my time and didnt even get any damn popcorn and missed the beginning of my movie. My experience here tonight was so bad I honestly wish no one would come to this theater and it fails it rubbed me so wrong. Good seats do not make up for terrible...
Read moreThis theater is terrible. The staff is incompetent ,illiterate, and ignorant especially Mark and his two managers who think popcorn comes out of their check. The hot dog and popcorn was old very old. Don’t go see a late movie or your beef hot dog will feel like chewing rubber. A bland order of large popcorn which was $9.10. Probably the most I’ve paid for stale tasteless popcorn. They told me I would be able to get a refill of my popcorn. When I came back for the popcorn I saw they were popping a fresh batch so I figured it would taste better. He told me due to COVID they can’t take my bucket back and that was fine because you can give me a NEW BUCKET, but they only REPLACE IT WITH A MEDIUM POPCORN. They said it’s Covid policy but I’ve attached the actual policy, so they lied. I PAID 10 for popcorn and your only going to give me a $7 medium refill. That doesn’t make sense on any aspect. So everyone behind the counter including Mark who’s the popcorn runner got an attitude because I wanted the fresh popcorn not the one that’s in the desk that looks old. So manger yells really loud this will be the one and only last time I will refill a large popcorn. No one washed their hands or used sanitizer while handling my popcorn and their fingers were touching the insides of the bucket. Half the staff had on masks the ones that did wore it underneath their nose. I’ll most likely never go here again. Thanks for the...
