After all we’ve detailed that’s happened to us at this store, my wife and I decided we wanted to try one more time. We needed some sides and desserts for Christmas dinner. I went in and introduced myself to Vivian and she and I talked and talked. She was apologetic and explained to me the new procedures they have instituted for verifying and fulfilling online orders because of my experience. She also apologized for the last ham we purchased which was unglazed. She followed through with her word and made right by us for our prior issues.

Let me just say, she knocked it out of the park. And now, my wife and I are both looking forward to enjoying our Honey-baked hams for a long time. If you haven’t had one, I thoroughly recommend you go in and purchase it. And if she has time, you might want to ask Vivian about the proper way to cut it. We’re also looking forward to all the breakfasts and sandwiches we get out of that now, Vivian. Thanks for making it up to us.

This is our second year ordering from this location. Last year, I got there and they had given my dinner to another customer somehow. This year, we JUST ordered the ham. I just opened the ham today, for our Thanksgiving dinner, and it is NOT GLAZED. We did get the size we ordered, but it wasn’t glazed. That’s the entire reason we purchased this ham, for the taste and glaze. Again, we’ve been disappointed by them. This is the only store in the area, so we can’t simply check with someone else. It’s so disappointing multiple years in a row now. I’m not sure we’ll give them a chance again, and we definitely can’t refer...

My son and I stopped in for the first time today. We had arrived just at closing time, but as the door was unlocked, I did not realize the store was closed. Vivian welcomed us and took our order. She asked if we wanted it to go or to eat in. I replied eat in. She did not indicate that closing time had already passed, and when I realized that it had, I apologized and told her we'd take our order to go. Most businesses would not hesitate to tell a customer that they were closed, However, Vivian insisted that we stay and eat our meal at a table. She didn't rush us whatsoever and was friendly the entire time. The food was fresh and delicious, great portions. But the service was amazing. Five stars for Vivian's...

This is a MUST TRY place. If you've never been to an HBH cafe, it's amazing! I was fortunate enough to grow up with Honey Baked Ham when they just sold hams and turkeys. HBH hams are so good, you have to try them... the Turkey is even better! But now with the cafe, it's a game changer.

The classic ham or the tavern club is my go to and the crossaints are my kryptonite, but they offer other bread options. Their sides are also good, gotta check out the mandarin pineapple dream if you like fruit salad.
