Main Street Jewelers — Attraction in Klamath Falls

I brought in my Great Aunts old ring to have the adjustable band changed to a solid silver band. When I picked it up and wore it I noticed it fit crooked plus one of the prongs was sticking out and was snagging my clothes. When I brought it back the next day and told the owner of my concerns, the owner said “ the ring is not crooked your finger is crooked! I have been making and fixing jewelry for 25 years!” I was shocked and embarrassed! I grabbed my stuff and walked out! It was obvious after paying $150 he was not going to fix the problem of my ring being crooked. Five months later, I took the same ring to Holiday Jewelers ,without saying anything about what happened at Main Street Jewelers. The manager looked at the ring and agreed it was crooked and took it back to the men working on the jewelry. They took a little bit off of each side of the band on opposite sides, polished it and fixed the prong sticking out and brought it back out and had me try it on. It felt much better and looked more even on my finger. They did not charge me for their service!! Beautiful shop great selection and kind people. Most places seem to over promise and under deliver however main street jewelry is not one of those places, I brought a few pieces of jewelry to be repaired they told me repairs could take from 5 to 7 days at the time I dropped it off however to my surprise I was called 2 business Days Later and it was already repaired and done these guys over delivered at a great price with great service and great people, I will never again purchase or have repairs done anywhere other than Main...
