Went in to store to get help on a return ! For a pair of shoes that ripped because of the manufacture issue ! OK so when the manager employee found out I was in her store for a return she quickly was trying to get me to leave store ; telling me she doesn’t handle that in her store ! That she only worries about new sales and doesn’t do returns! She was the rudest employee I have ever meet that works at a Nike store ! When she heard I was on the phone with Nike Head Quarters ( Nike Corporation ) She quickly changed her additude, but she was still talking like a spoiled employee at Nike who does plenty of sales and doesn’t need the lil guy like me business! She sat on her high horse as she seen a disgruntled customer need help and sat back and did nothing! She is a disgrace to Nike Employees and the Nike Company ! She was so bad I was thinking of switching to (Under Armour Produts and shoes) .... Luckily Nike had me mail my shoes in to Nike and I will be receiving my money back from Corporate Head Quaters !! What’s so funny is I told some one about my problems with this local Denver Nike Factory and they told me this Nike chain only acts as a (DISCOUNT NIKE STORE ) and doesn’t want to associate it self with The REAL NIKE CHAIN whose they operate Under and help customers like me !! WARNING ⚠️ watch out for this...
Read moreNot the best location in my opinion. When I went to go return the shoes. I have brought my Metcon’s I never wore, I wore the vomero’s a couple of times no wear and tear either and I brought them in due to wrong size. But this manager pulled them out the box and looked at them all over and asked his associate in front of me “would you wear these bro” with the smuggest look on his face and he was like “you can’t get full price we’ll give you half including the metcon’s too” and chuckled, there’s a reason why these employees here work at a low end store, it’s shameful Colorado doesn’t have any rising Nike stores hence the poor customer service and making you not feel welcomed, rising stores always make you feel welcomed and they check in on you to see what you’re looking for. And on top of the issue they had an employee and the security officer follow my partner around while she was browsing acting like she was going to steal (I would assume it’s cause we just look like window shoppers and are covered in tattoos but that’s not the case and you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover), granted I returned both of my pairs of shoes and got them replaced but I won’t be coming back to this store due to feeling unwelcome for both me and my partner, judged and also not even bothered...
Read moreWas just in this store looking for a pair of shoes for my wife. As I walked in one staff employee yelled hey, I thought he was actually helping me when I walked in the door. That would’ve been nice, unfortunately he was yelling at his friend/coworker about how he liked what he saw or something. Oh well so I kept looking around for a pair shoes for my wife passing several employees, clearly looking very confused. Unfortunately after 15 minutes all the employees that I wished would’ve helped decided to all congregate in the center of the room and talk about their weekend. As I left I stared at all of them thinking they might notice me. Nope! It’s really sad because I’ve never had this type of experience in a Nike store, I have never walked out of a Nike store without purchasing and unhappy. I was honestly shocked to see how many employees not doing their job. Oh well good thing Finishline is right...
