I am totally disappointed, this is been my favorite store until today. Always I was treated good but today was horrible experience and they will know who I am for sure.. ,its was a girl there that since I arrived,she saw me with attitude, "03/04/19 around 12 to 1 PM. Anytime that I needed emergency cash I go to pawn my phone, and I been doing for many times the same phone ,everyone I can say helped me before, and obviously they have to have my history In the computer, this girl took my phone and after time she said which one account you wanna remove, Google account or Samsung account. That take me for surprise of course never happened before . i am a business woman my phone have alot important information and i have alot of passwords that many times i had to reset because i forgot, but i know she mean it, Even the manager was rude talking with her about my situation, he knew it what going on because she told him and he was talking rude and laud for I listen,he was saying OTHERS DAYS ALREADY PAST AND TODAY IS TODAY DOSEN'T MATTER IF SHE DID BEFORE. instead to came to me and talk to me,he was walking around doing nothing, And she didn't stop saying" I just do my job." Girl! I just do my job" If you was doing your job ,why you didn't help me them , or you think that your job is stand there ,talking bad about your coworkers,you dont know what your job is because, you forgot that you took my phone also without take off the both account . And you said THE MEN AT NIGHT TIME TOOK YOUR PHONE LIKE THAT BECAUSE HE IS OLD AND DONT KNOW NOTHING, this is what make my blood fire.not to remove account Your unprofessionally position for expressing like that about someone who reserved respect, or what you think that you will be younger forever? . You dont have an idea that he knows better than you,because he give a great customer service plus always is very nice. That old man like you called him, he reserved respect ,you are not better than no one, just because you are younger and are the one back to the counter ,dosen't mean you are better than the one who go to get fast cash there, because any person can have an emergency and that is not your business ,your business is help if is in your hands, But I understand you ,I can tell you dont know what education mean. I never give no one a bad review but this time you reserved,for that arrogant attitude when someone go to pawn something is for a reason, and whatever the reason is ,everyone reserved respect and be treated equal. Customer service is not for everyone, you should change position with the security. I removed Google account In the end another suppose to "manager " red t-shirt big guy attended me and I told him I already removed Google account because the miss told me. So he said NO you have to remove Samsung account too.😡😡 enough was enough. I told him you know what give me my phone I will go to another pawn, I knew it that they will pass a note for others pawn shop, who you guys think that I am. So he told ok no problem. Done . Thank God I arrived to EZPAWN in Rainbow and an Angel give me the best ever customer service her name is Joan she was a sweetheart ,she helped me to removed Samsung account and give very fast the customer service . Read moreTHIS IS A PUBLIC WARING, this place is very dishonest and they have switch out my silver coins that I put on lay away with their coins with different dates, cheap one, low grade coins. be very careful pulling your silver coins on LAY AWAY because today at 2:45 pm, I put 6 silver coins on lay away with Lotoy! on of them was a 1901 Morgan silver dollar, my business partner I was excite. and we watch her put 3 coins into packages and we watch her put the the other 3 silver coin (1901) in her hand and she walked to the back office w/smile on her face. as doe she just scored! So on the way home we keep thinking why didn't she put the other three in a package and seal them and the other 3 silver coins bare in her hand, So we decided that I should go back and paid the lay away off now. so by 6:26pm I paid off the lay away and as soon as the man handed me the coins from the safe, I check them and the 1901 was switched for a 1904. she switch it. I done business with this place before by putting 11 silver coins on lay away and didn't have a problem the business practice today at this place is very questionable because maybe she have a habit of changing customer coins with theirs. YOU HAVE TO TAKE PICTURES OF THEM BECAUSE IF YOU DON'T THEY HAVE HABIT OF SWITCH THEM WITH THEIRS. Read moreDuring one year's rough spot, i pawned everything I owned (and then some)... doing business with pretty much every pawn shop in Las Vegas, so when I say that the people at EZ Pawn in downtown on Las Vegas Blvd always, without fail didn't just treat me fairly they did so with respect & kindness (even when I screwed up). Today (during an extended good run in my life) when I was picking up my last pawned item... yea! Henry and Esperanza, helped me and though I'd never seen them before, my experience was just as awesome. Partricia, Jennifer, Raphael, been through at least 4 night window people in 7 years and I don't know everyone's name but they've all been very good to me and I've watched them deal in he same fair, positive and professional way with everyone else Ive seen walk in there. Lastly good as they are I don't believe it would be the way it is, if not for the example coming from Michael, the store manager. All that good will and attitude is def coming from the top down. Michael is always on point, everybody has tough days but you wouldn't know it watching Michael, anyway, if you want top dollar for your valuables and like be treated with respect and some appreciation.
