Came here last night close to 10:30pm upon arrival we noticed it was a bit empty and was a bit off put but realized this place just recently opened which explained it. their service is immaculate and the food equally the same, my wife got 3 green enchiladas, chicken, stake and shrimp with a side of rice and beans. I got the chicken mole with rice and beans and queso fundido, we also got nachos with mole and sesame seeds. Let me tell you I don’t write many reviews but this place was amazing and had to leave a review! First the nachos the mole on the chips was different and a nice touch my wife doesn’t like mole but loved the nachos and made me want to eat their chicken mole and it did not disappoint THE BEST MOLE IN TOWN period! Would definitely recommend trying the nachos first. The salsa on the enchiladas was incredible, definitely made with passion you can taste it, the queso fundido wasn’t the best but didn’t take from how good this place was but wasn’t a bad addition to the meal would like to see that queso in jalapeños sliced in half, just saying! For desert we got the flan and definitely made with love it was the best tasting flan I ever had definitely must try if ur a flan fan. All in all I gave it five stars because the food was amazing, the service was amazing, the atmosphere is amazing and the view was great! Definitely going to be a great place to hang out for the night that has amazing food! Would definitely recommend and will be going back again and again to try what other food they’ll surprise me with. A good place like this is...

Stellar food, drinks, and views at this newly-opened Authentic Mexican spot! We were lucky enough to speak with Chef Paco himself and he is so kind and obviously very proud of this new spot, as he should be!

We had chips with mole sauce (so developed and chocolaty) and salsa. The salsa has so many layers of flavor. Freshly made with a kick but not so much it deters from all those veggies flavors packed in. We also tried the panuchos with guac, onion, slow-roasted pork, on a perfectly fresh corn tortilla. Amazing!

The chicken mole was comfort food. Dreamy, creamy mole sauce and beans/rice just like you were transported to a family meal in Mexico! The short rib entree with mashed potatoes and veggies was an elevated dish that was instagram-worthy and fall-off the bone incredible.

A small flan dessert, topped off a truly perfect and memorable meal thanks to our attentive and friendly waiter, Jose, and host, Chef Paco.

Drinks are a must here. Honestly, we have been to Fremont for drinks many times and the Mezcalita is hands-down the best of Fremont. For those who like a little kick in their drink, the roasted pepper margarita is just the right balance of sweet and spicy. Both drinks were perfect for lounging at the outside bar, high atop the hustle and bustle of Fremont.

Even if you aren't wanting a full meal, we highly advise that you sit at the outside bar and enjoy a perfect drink with folks who genuinely appreciate you being there. If your experience is anything like ours, you will immediately feel...

We were so happy to find this place while visiting Vegas! We were really in the mood for some real food and looking for something fresh and not fried or overly processed. This totally hit the spot.

We came in about an hour before closing, but the staff was so kind and welcoming. Chef Paco himself brought out our food and served us the most amazing molé. You could taste the love and care in every bite. I had a passion fruit margarita that was just perfect— so refreshing and not too sweet.

The tostaditas with fresh salsa were such a great start, and the quesadilla was seriously delicious. We also loved the vibe of the place. The bright colors, the beautiful mural of the hummingbird… it all felt really warm and inviting.

What made it extra special was getting to talk with Chef Paco. He shared stories about his mother who taught him to cook, and you could just feel how passionate he is about food and sharing it with others. We left feeling full in the best way, not just from the food, but from the whole experience.

Can’t wait to come back next time...

One of the best meals we have had on our trip. The restaurant has only been open a few days and we found it from the 5 star google reviews which are all thoroughly deserved. It’s definitely a hidden gem in downtown Las Vegas. it’s on the second floor of a shopping centre if you don’t find it straight away don’t give up as it’s definitely worth it. We were met by chef Paco when we came into the restaurant and he explained he wanted to deliver authentic Mexican cuisine and he definitely does. The food was absolutely delicious and the cocktails tasted amazing. Fantastic service from the server and chef Paco came out to see us a couple of times to check we were happy with everything. I am vegetarian and the server explain the options to me and also the different types of sauce and flavouring I could have on my enchiladas. I opted for the green which was delicious. I would highly recommend this restaurant to visit if you are in downtown Las Vegas.

Never knew this place existed, but it turns out it is a brand new restaurant; 2 weeks newly opened since 4/27/25 which is when we went. Rooftop bar overlooking the Fremont Street Experience (not many places have rooftop, balcony views which really made this place special as my guest was wanting “Vegas Vibes” at an eclectic Mexican Restaurant). Thoughtful space in terms of design, and has a club-like atmosphere, while easily being a chill hangout spot with great views (not overly loud). The food was very solid and authentic to the style, and I would easily come back from Summerlin to eat here again; guest or no guest. Our waitress Kayla provided excellent service, and even let us move our table multiple times while trying to chase the late-afternoon sun on a chilly windy day. While this place may be hard to find- the top floor of the the same outdoor mall that houses the Heart Attack Grill, it’s a rare gem on Fremont Street well-worth visiting.
