Nike Factory Store - Long Beach — Attraction in Long Beach

Atmosphere is relax. No pressure to buy. Each time I shopped here I feel relax compared to other Nike Stores I visited. And what I like about this place is Customer Service. Sales here don't force you to buy and doesn't follow you around like you're about to rob the store. They just ask you one time and then they give you space. After that if you do ask them they try to give you information about the product that you're interested in.

However the only reason why it's only a 4 star is due to the fact that they only have a very limited selections of shoes. They do have a wide variety of running shoes which worked in our favor for my wife and I because thats what we need. But other sports like basketball they don't have much or other sports don't have at all. Oh and to add to all of that, if you folks are also looking for sports clothing and outfits this is the best place to go, because they have plenty..

If I can give them a business advice I would tell them to add more variety of sports why? Because theyve got it! Customer Service is great and location is good aswell. So why settle for just running shoes. Expand!

So this was fun . I got free tennis. Not really true just felt that because I got good on the phone when I spoke family. Daughter got a great job and I can relax so got free ice cream at stoned cold then my favorite person bought me lunch because of her thriftiness lunch was free. Kinda overcast day but how can you beat lunch with an angel and you have a nice new pair of shoes on your feet. I have not stopped smiling in two days. Blessings are so prevalent in long Beach. I'm just so lucky to have a sister who cares enough to make time for lunch. It's just great when I think at 60 years old nothing is as wonderful a full life of fun in the sun and free. Stuff. The angelic sister, who I call Jeannie-ous is a bonus worth all the past trials melt away. I just can't picture a day without sunshine but even on cloudy days Jeannie-ous bring even more light than the sun. So bad days around my sister means I f j don't take a day off of hanging out with her at Belmont pier my jaw may require surgery if I don't smiling so hard. Blessing and s curse....

Customer service can definitely be better. They aren't rude or anything. Its just a lot of young kids who are for sure staying busy putting out and putting back shoes, talking to each other and planning what shows they want to buy but not ever really asking people if they need help. You have to approach them and still they were like if you don't see it we don't have it without even checking around for the customer.

This location gets four stars because it's a very convenient location. It has very good prices. They have items for the whole family.

Although they should definitely have a large selection in sizes 7-8½ for women and big kid sizes on the sales rack. It is an outlet...

But they definitely love men. Their shoes selection based on size...
