Paragon Parking lot — Local services in Los Angeles

Do not EVER, EVER, EVER park here. I was staying literally across the street and was recommended this parking lot for 2 days. Worst mistake. This is the most rancid, rundown, and irresponsibly organized parking lot I have ever come across. The entire back window of my vehicle has been smashed through, along with whoever owns the gorgeous charger next to me (I’m so sorry in advance, I would be going more ballistic than I currently am had I owned that car.) I have been parked here for days at a paid rate and the morning I go to leave & meet with my modeling agency, this is what I return to. Not a single phone call was answered by the organization and the terrible excuse for a police department in Los Angeles claims they can’t do a thing, but to file a complaint instead. Apparently 24 hour surveillance means nothing and I’m not surprised that once again the police are not here for the people, whatsoever. Oh … just a friendly reminder !!! these people also do NOT lock the gates at night and do not claim any responsibility for theft or damage, so you’re completely on your own when their horrendous “business” allows you to park your vehicle on their lot. On the other hand… If you’re looking to completely purchase a new vehicle without any preparation, this dump would be the perfect place for you! 😊

i was really shocked that i recd a text so quickly when i had a problem with paragon parking. i double paid and thought this company would likely never help me and that I'd probably need to dispute the 2nd charge, much to my surprise Robert replied quickly and was polite / friendly and helpful and agreed to refund the 1st charge and let the 2nd charge stand.

I was really shocked that paragon treats it clients with such good service and courtesy.

We need more of this type of service in America!

I'll park at...

Paragon was perfect for our stay ($20 a day) in the Sheraton two blocks away. The lot attendant even shamed me for not wearing a mask (he yelled at me to not expose myself in public which was pretty funny and I totally commend him for it). Easy access at all hours, high level of flexibility and when I made a mistake and paid for the wrong day, they credited it immediately and promised not to tow away my rental! Only downside was a bad smell in the stairs, but hey this is downtown LA we're...
