The branch manager assistance is so rude. I came in and right away had an attitude . Then the branch manager also had an attitude I felt frightened of how bad his energy was they did not want to hear my issue. I was trying to explain my situation and he just brushed it off waving his hand like get out of here . Gave me a weird feeling I am 62 and do not need this treatment so early in the morning. They sure are not happy because it was 9:30 and were not happy to assist. No wonder my co workers in the us bank building are closing their accounts with us bank. Absolutely the worst bank ever. It is impossible to get ahold of someone at the bank. The bank thinks that I am a fraud and I cannot access my money. I have been on the phone for more than 3 hours / no answer. I am desperate to get my money so that I can pay rent. This bank does not care. Do not go to this bank. Worst service at this branch... I show up at 5 on the dot, after I walked a mile to get to the bank before the close and the midget working there tells me to deposit it at the ATM.
