Deluxe Cosmetic Center — Attraction in Los Angeles

I was very disappointed with my experience at Deluxe Med Spa. First, they don’t answer the phone, which makes scheduling or asking questions extremely frustrating. When I arrived, there wasn’t a single available parking spot in their driveway or lot, adding unnecessary stress to my visit.

The most frustrating part was the facial itself. I booked a 75-minute session, but the esthetician stopped at exactly 4:30 on the dot—even though my timer showed only 1:02 had elapsed. It felt rushed and unprofessional, as if they started the timer the moment I walked in rather than when the service actually began.

To make matters worse, when I confronted them about their treatment of Groupon users (this was my second disappointing experience), they denied any bias against discounted customers. However, it’s hard to believe otherwise when the service feels so subpar. I even asked how I could feel confident purchasing 10 more sessions if this is how they treat their customers, but the response was dismissive.

I still tipped out of courtesy, but not as much as I would have for quality service. Deluxe Med Spa needs to step up its customer service and fairness—especially if they’re going to offer discounts and expect repeat business. I won’t...

I went to the Olympic location , quite a drive from Westwood . I did not know anything about the place , just what I saw on the reviews and the price was atractive . The building is big and very beautiful . Inside , the lobby is v elegant & modern . The place is spotless , gives out a relaxing good vibe . Everybody was smiling , friendly & polite . The 2 Hydrafacials I had were both beyond my expectations , especially the one w Yuri . They also included the shoulders & chest . My skin felt soft & hydrated, my body relaxed . Based on this great experience I decided it was worth the drive from Westwood & this would be my place for facials from now on . There is no way that after you experience the place and the people there you do not want to come back . So far I had 3 . The hostess / Escala was a true pleasure to talk with . What a disappointment! I called them and made an appointment and said i’ll get 30 units of botox. They said ok. When I went there she told me to get 56 unit of botox because thats what I need. I said that’s too many for my face and I don’t want my face to look freeze and ive been doing 30 units last 5 years and happy with the results. She insisted and said I will not be happy if I do only 30x I said i came here only for 30 unit but she refused to do it. She said she doesn’t listen to her clients and I she decides what they need. she kept saying she decided what people get, not the clients. Excuse me!!I repeated that i want only 30 not more and she said she will not do it. It was such a waste of time and really psychopathic approach to force someone to get more botox to make money.
