Harem and Miros were amazing! The Grove location in LA was the one that I went to. I had forgotten my receipt at home since I grabbed the wrong receipt when deciding to go back in to exchange I sweater that I bought for either a different sweater or a different size. Then they said unfortunately I had to either show a receipt or proof of the transaction through apple pay or my bank acct. Unfortunately my bank acct didnât show the exact time I purchased the sweater, but they were able to from my total amount spent go into the transactions of that specific day and look for that total. They then asked me around what time I came in since it was only two days ago that I made this purchase and I told them around 4 or 5 and they checked around that time and found the total for the transaction that matched, they were able to get the receipt and get the item I needed to exchange. They matched my email to the Apple Pay transaction and they went above and beyond to try and find my transaction which was WOW! 10/10 for customer service, patience in me trying to find the transaction and their genuine kindness! I told her I NEVER ASKED for a refund- I asked to exchange and she tells me oh, thereâs nothing she can do the money is already on buyers card so I asked her to talk to the manager hoping they can void the transaction like any other place that can. The manager comes whoâs with all due respect 20 YRS OLD (and a manager?) and she keeps repeating the same thing- thereâs nothing they can do and I should contact my friend and ask for money for my birthday gift.    Read morein utter shock by how awful of an experience i had here. i was appalled by the customer service. i was there around 2pm today and when in line to try on clothes, the girl organizing clothes near the fitting rooms looked at me with a rude and judgmental expression on her face, impolitely telling me i can only try on max 7 clothes, accompanied by a glare that made me feel as though i had done something wrong. despite apologizing, her demeanor remained condescending throughout. also when i was in line, the same worker spoke to me in a patronizing tone telling me to step back, even though i was in the same position as the girl in front of me. when i returned the items i didnât wish to purchase, her glare intensified making me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. i tried to be understanding until the end even thanking her before i left, but her consistently rude behavior left me deeply disappointed. if someone in a customer service role cannot even muster a smile in return for a customerâs kindness, that leads me to question if they are suitable for...
